Excellent customer service
Kloud9 has been our Internet provider for almost 3 years. During this time we have had no complaints. A few days ago, returning from a break away, we found the Internet connection had stopped working. I phoned Kloud9, expecting another dumb AI that would waste my time, and instead got straight through to James, a real human being!
James recognised the problem immediately as a failed power unit, and undertook to send a new one out. As it was 5.45PM on a Thursday, I didn't expect this to arrive before the following Monday. Instead, it was got to the post before it closed, and next day delivery chosen. We recieved the new unit by 11AM the next day, and were online within a couple of minutes.
This is top class customer service - speaking to a human, who takes responsibility for the problem and solves it in the minimum possible time. Well done, James!

Kloud9 - Excellent Product & Service
10 months ago I attempted to contact Openreach as a Kloud9 leaflet had arrived and I didn't know who they were. It proved impossible speaking to a human being at Openreach but eventually I located an on-line tool which informed me 'Openreach has connected 25 (ish) million homes to ultrafast broadband there were currently no plans to do so in my area in future. Guess who are leafleting and now installing in my area!
The whole experience from start to finish with Kloud9 has been faultless. Really impressed with them. It is a well run company who really do put the customer first. Based on current experience I cannot fault them.

Kloud 9 responded very quickly
Kloud 9 responded very quickly to a request to improve my wifi coverage, at very short notice, they came out the same day as my phone call and could not have been more helpful, fixing the issue and explaining what they had done and why.

The whole team at Kloud9 was always on hand for whatever problem or question I had during the set up and installation period. They explained things clearly to my landlord. It was very easy to get hold of someone and I always had a quick satisfactory response back. The team has brilliant knowledge and also help me with resetting my Sky, which can be a pain.

Great service and stellar support.
Used kloud9 for home broadband and they were absolutely superb. Support staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful throughout the install. No issues with the service and always stellar support.
Highly recommend to anyone needing fast broadband with great support.

Kloud9 overcame installation…
Kloud9 overcame installation difficulties due to cable location and achieved a good response from our landlord on how tidy and efficient the install went.
The internet speed is fantastic compared to what we had before.
So great speed and great service so far no issues.

Proactive Customer Support
I spoke to Conner & Liam about ongoing issues I am having with internet speed and both have not only been very helpful but very proactive in their approach - often chasing me to see how the problem is vs the fix they offered.

I recently had my installation…
I recently had my installation completed. A new pole was placed to effect the connection and the installer was very helpful. The speed is very good in both directions. Customer service has been excellent.
