I wasn't a fan
I wasn't a fan of how this product went on, and the colour match was not right forbmy skin tone. Contacted the company for refund instructions and had no response. Today I got an email asking me to rate them...so here we are.

Excellent concealing cream!
This is a great concealing cream! My skin is sensitive and I often have dry, red patches and get flushed often when exposed to heat and/or when drinking alcohol. For the last few years, I've been using another product, Dr. Jart cicapair tiger grass, which I do like a lot because in addition to concealing redness, it also contains mineral SPF 30 to protect against the sun. I decided to try Klyr after seeing an ad on Instagram and then reading up on the product. I was skeptical at first that the shade would be the right one for me but was confident since they have 100% shade match guarantee and will send you a different shade if needed. I purchased the light shade and am very pleased! At first, it seemed to be a bit orange and I was worried I would look like Trump, but I was applying too much cream. I started over, followed the instructions of just a small drop on the concealing sponge (which I highly recommend) and dab it gently on your face, and it really does work! My skin was no longer red and uneven looking. It lasts throughout your normal day with no issue. I assume it would need to be reapplied after exercise, sweating, etc., but for a normal post-exercise/post-shower work day, you're all set. What would make this cream even better is if they could add some type of mineral SPF for sun/UV protection.

The colors don’t match
The colors don’t match. I ordered light and the color they sent me. Looks like I should’ve been out suntanning for two weeks.

Klyr niet aan te raden
Meerdere keren geprobeerd contact te leggen via de mail maar zonder resultaat.
Product wordt geleverd vanuit Azië. Bij mij werd de indruk gewekt via dat dit een Europees product is.
Product gaf bij mij uitslag en ook niet gewenste resultaat.
Geen contact gegevens via de site of andere wijze. Retour of aankoop bedrag kan dus ook niet geregeld worden.
Lekker dan na €130 aan aankopen…

Erg vervelend om te horen dat ons product niet het gewenste resultaat opleverde en dat je er zelfs uitslag van kreeg. Hoewel het bijna nooit voorkomt, kan dit bij sommige mensen als reactie optreden.
Over de verzending: het klopt inderdaad dat onze producten vanuit Azie gedistribueerd worden, maar de ontwikkeling van onze producten vind gewoon in Nederland plaats. Ik snap dat dat verwarrend kan zijn, maar het is dus inderdaad een Europees product.
Door een storing in ons systeem zijn berichten en retour aanvragen niet direct doorgekomen, waardoor ze minder snel worden opgepakt dan normaal. Onze excuses hiervoor. We zijn druk bezig alles te verwerken en onze achterstand recht te trekken. Als je op tijd een retour hebt aangevraagd, word het hoe dan ook geregeld. Je hoort snel van ons!

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM! The concealer product are terrible shades which do not match your skin! I contacted for a refund and nobody contacted me in return despite the "guarantee". The products are made in China so the quality is terrible! I contacted my credit card company and told them to stop payment to SP Alpha Skin due to fraud!

Unethical company with questionable shipping practices to the USA
I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. There is no phone number or chat option. The only way I can find to contact them is an email address. I placed an order on January 1st. Today is January 16th and still don't have my package. I am in Texas. I have tried tracking it, and the tracking details do not show WHO the shipping company is or how to contact them! The tracking says delivery attempted, but no one has called me or attempted delivery. I live in a 2nd floor condominium and my Suite is clearly listed on my order. I get packages from USPS, UPS and FedEx daily with no issues. They are clearly using a 3rd rate shipper BE WARNED and then do not provide any support or route to actually getting what you paid for! Initially, Support replied to my email and said reach out anytime for updates. I have since reached out 6 different times and they are now ignoring my emails. I just want the shipment I paid for! This company is extremely questionable and clearly does not stand behind their order process. I will file a dispute with AMEX...be warned!

There was only a tracking number, no progress bar as far as where the package was at in the process of arriving. The box was damaged once it arrived. The product should have been placed in a sturdier box. Also the “light” concealer is much darker than expected. I should have ordered lighter but the website told me to order “light”.

Overall good experience and excellent product. Shipping took about a week and I live in the US. As far as the product goes, I ended up getting two bottles of concealment cream and two jars of day cream because of the deal I got. Very happy with that but just to let you know, a little bit goes a very long way with this product. It definitely speaks for the quality of it but I almost wish I would have bought the applicator instead of the extra product because it seems like it's going to last forever. Anyway, not upset at all about that just wanted everyone to know that a little bit goes a really long way.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. They claim my package was delivered and sent me the link confirming delivery. However, the picture that shows package placement IS NOT where we live. We live in a luxury apartment complex with a front desk and secured mailroom. The picture appears to have been taken in a economy hotel/motel front desk. They refuse to refund purchase stating it was delivered. They obviously use a third rate delivery service, not USPS or UPS.

At 66 I thought I’d try the concealer…
At 66 I thought I’d try the concealer and the tan-drops to see if it made me feel and look a little healthier! I have never worn any concealer before but with some practice it looks great and natural. The tan-drops are amazing..a couple drops with my daily moisturiser and it makes my face look so much healthier. I’m a convert and really recommend these products to any man looking for help!
