Last minute panic
I needed some hardware to replace faulty equipment on the Club's exhibition layout in a hurry with an exhibition looming. I phoned the order through and got it expeditiously - the layout is now up and running for thye weekend.

I had seen a DCCConcepts Cobalt Alpha Encoder a few months back at a discounted price. However when I contacted KMS none were in stock but on order. I kept an eye on the KMS website and found that the item had been restocked at the same discounted price and I received it within hree days.
