I was concerned of the quality do to the low price but took the chance anyway. There was some issues with initial shipping but I chalk that up to 2021 Covid, Christmas, current political situation. To my surprise the quality of product I received was excellent, from machining to finish. I do highly recommended KM for your needs, and I will purchase from them again.

I have an issue with an order I am hoping to get resolved immediately.

Shipping took forever. I was told my order was shipped via USPS, when really, it was shipped via DHL e-commerce (the worst shipping service available). When it finally arrived (over two weeks after I ordered), not everything I ordered was in the package. I've been waiting three days for a response regarding the missing item, but have heard nothing. I doubt I'll order from KM Whisper again, nor would I recommend others order from them.

Update 12/17/21: the company is now sending the missing part. I’ll update again when it arrives.

Update: 12/28/21: the jig arrived on 12/24, just in time for Christmas. The jig is okay, nice and solid, but no bushing in the drilling hole to protect the jig from slips of the drill bit. Overall, the product seems to be well-made. The tube has some slight marring, but for the price, I'd say it was a reasonable purchase.

The company could still do a bit better with their communications. I'm thinking that this is a Chinese company (though the website seems to indicate it is based in the UK). I'll give them credit for making this right and increase my rating from 1 star to 3.

Even though I cancelled my order within the 24 hour time period, I cancelled it in less than 10 hours, they claimed it already shipped and would not honor their no questions asked cancelation policy...
