The customer service is abysmal. We didn't even unwrap the product, but we saw many negative reviews about the quality and we're concerned that if anything goes wrong, we won't get any help, so we're returning the product right now. We have already had multiple negative interactions with customer service. They are not an honest company. We didn't ask for anything special - just for them to honor their word. They said they would. Then the excuses started. So now we just want the refund and they're giving us the runaround on that. We've been given directions that contradict the terms on their website so I'm not sure if this is a trap or what...There are too many good companies to support to give so much money to one that is so dedicated to being unhelpful to customers.

We wrote a poor review of the products we purchased from Knead, and explained exactly why we had a bad experience. They looked over our review, replied to us, and posted it for about a day and then deleted it. This also happened to some friends of ours — they did not like their Knead product and also reviewed it critically. Both of us were thanked for our reviews and both reviews were deleted. They only keep good reviews online. This is dishonest and misleading.

Sadly right after I made this purchase and had not received the bed yet, but it had been shipped my cat was diagnosed with a large abdominal mass and cancer and declined quickly. I received the bed on Friday or Saturday and my cat was put to sleep on Monday. I asked if I could return due to the circumstances and they seemed friendly and sent me a label to return. My return was refused and returned to me. I was told it was a warehouse issue. They would email me another label to return again and then I was told I had to wait for management to figure things out and they would get back to me. So now it is a reminder of my loss and I still am not able to return it. : (

My two cats responded to the Knead cat bed in totally different ways. My 2-year-old took to it immediately and has been spending nearly all of her sleeping time on it ever since. My 9-year-old is much more cautious, and he spent over three months just watching it before finally giving it a try. Now, every morning, I see both of them sleeping on their beds, looking peaceful and relaxed. Thank you.

Very expensive cat bed marked as delivered when in fact it was never delivered… company has not responded to 3 emails about the missing items… no response to my emails stating that the item is missing. Do not buy from this company — fraud alert!

UPDATE: company claims item was delivered yet photo of proof of delivery is not my house. I sent them a pic of my porch from Redfin and their response was that they need to investigate with the shipper and it could take awhile when clearly from photos it was delivered to someone else. This company used an awful delivery service with bad reviews (LaserShip) & are now giving me the run around. Save yourself the trouble and don’t purchase from this company — they are fraudsters and have very poor customer service.
