They break agreements

I found a knife at great discount and bought it. 15 days later it has not been shipped and the company inform me that the price was wrong at their website. They abort the purchase agreement and pay back my money. I try to argue that we have an agreement and I as a customer should not be held responsible for their errors. They offer me a discount of 15 percent on my next purchase, after a long email exchange. Stay away, this shop does not care for consumer rights.

Had to wait 2 weeks to get refund.

Knifestock had wrong sales price on black friday. Canceled my orders and then I had to wait 2 weeks to get my money refunded.

Order canceled by Knifestock after confirmation

I bought a product at reduced price on Black Friday. Knifestock first confirmed the order and then canceled it saying that the price on the website was incorrect. Knifestock's actions are not legal in Sweden, if the order has been confirmed at the advertised price then the seller is obliged to fulfill the order. I am very disappointed in Knifestock and would not recommend them to anyone else.

After waiting 2 weeks


After waiting 2 weeks, calling them twice, sending several emails, and contacting their Instagram because they hadn't shipped my order, I was suddenly refunded without explanation or feedback. Very disappointing

Asked for more money after I paid

I ordered 2 Petzl headlamps then 5 days later they mailed me asking for more money or they would not sent the lamps. Seems like a scam!

Because the listed prices were far below the actual value of the products, we had to contact customers to either request the price difference or cancel the order if they preferred not to proceed.
