I received assistance from Trisha…
I received assistance from Trisha Schmidt, specifically on a Friday evening when we were not able to proceed on the computer because we were not able to complete the documents and the system would stop. Trisha worked with us, after hours, assigned new pass words for us and stayed with us on the phone, until we were able to complete the application documents needed for Closing. We could not have done it without her cause there was a glitch on the application.

Knock team is always very responsive! As a loan officer there is a lot of last minute fires to put out, and the knock team always makes themselves available when a last minute bridge loan is needed for an offer. Thanks for helping me look like a hero!

Justin and the team were excellent
Justin and the team were excellent. They rescued a sale, and the Knock program saved the day. It was a quick, efficient process, and they closed it in two weeks. I will be using them again. Highly recommend! Also, a big shout out to Nancy Spiro with Movement Mortgage and her fast acting to keep this sale together. She worked her magic in tandem with the Knock program and kept the sale closing in a swift timeframe.
