Life is too short for Knoop

My morning chocolate order had to be abandoned because there is not enough staff. I waited 15 minutes and had to leave. I did go back after my appointment and the staff honoured my order but still it took 10 mins. Life is too short for mediocre hot chocolate

Expensive though my daughter says worth…

Expensive though my daughter says worth it… but I think for the price the staff should occasionally break into a smile! All look like they are working the most miserable job in the world

Amazing drinks. But ..

Amazing drinks.
But, the most miserable, unwelcoming, ungrateful staff that I've encountered in a long, long time.
What a shame. It really does mar the experience. And for what they charge - good service really ought to be included.

2nd visit no better

Okay, so after my first visit to the Knoops in Exeter, I thought I’d give them another chance, what a total waste of time, walked in and was waiting to get served, a few staff looked at me but NOT ONE had the common courtesy to smile or say “be with you in a minute” just looked right through me, another customer who was also waiting, jokingly said “friendly bunch aren’t they” and laughed, well that was enough for me and for the 2nd time I just walked out. I saw what I can only assume was the ‘manager’ but he was far too busy walking around and trying to look important to talk to the customers. Dreadful place will NEVER set foot in there again that’s for sure, rude, unfriendly and absolutely NO idea about customer service.

Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company at all cost, a company who is very good at wasting your time and ghosting too. New store in Exeter doesn’t know anything about allergen or good customer service.

I went to store just now very excited…

I went to store just now very excited then disappointed to start, staff not informative on chocalate notes onky one size £620 a total waste staff not smiling or inviting, i work in town 2 door's away, i wont come again, i will leave it to other people for there thoughts interesting.

Big Knoops fan!

I’ve never been much of a hot chocolate drinker but then I got introduced to Knoops and now I’m a convert! There’s so much choice so I’m yet to complete the menu but I’m a big fan of the 34% with a hint of lime or the white chocolate milkshake is epic!

great coffee too!

Knoops in Richmond is such a great addition to the high street, which has lost so many great spots over the last few years. I initially went in for a hot chocolate (fabulous), but have since discovered their coffee is great too!

Perfect hot chocolate

Since discovering Knoops on Kings Road I cannot drink hot chocolate anywhere else. It’s amazing how many options there are! The staff are always really helpful and patient when you need help. Cannot forget how good their coffee is!

I visited the store in Chelsea while travelling and had a great hot chocolate (I went with the 49%) and bought some more as a gift. Really helpful service for selecting my gift!
