Lovely desk...shame Yodel just left it…
Lovely desk...shame Yodel just left it on the doorstep and didn't even ring the doorbell. Also came two hours ahead of quoted delivery time, which could have been (but wasn't because I was home) problematic.
Easy assembly of main desk but drawer more fiddly. Like the pre-sets for height and all the smart sockets / mag safe for charging stuff. The cupholder is a great idea too.

Rising and dropping desk is brilliant
The up and down feature is amazing and the phone charger. However, underneath there was a part where paint was missing and had been filled and painted over. The number display also had a few scratches. I contacted Koble about this and they offered either compensation or to replace the product which is good of them. I’ll buy from them again. Especially if a rising desk can be done that allows my phone to be paired with the desk.

Really good desk
I love my desk - it looks great in my new garden office. A little point - there seems to be a couple of scratches on the top of the desk, which have arrived since working on the desk - something to be aware of. That said - it’s a great desk.

Extremely unhappy
Extremely unhappy! Have been sent videos to follow and it’s now made issues worse! The bed is brand new and we was told that someone would be coming out to sort it, not sending us videos of what to do and causing more problems!

An engineer will be visiting you on 02/05/2024 as requested. We were however hopeful that there would be an easier fix for you, as advised by our factory, which is why we sent those potential fixes over to you.

Excellent products
Excellent products. Packaged well, delivered quickly & good quality instructions to allow for easy assembly. My first order wasn’t perfect, I received a lamp instead of a chair. However, I ordered a further product due to the fantastic customer service received when I advised of the error. Timely & honest communication demonstrated to me that this is company who genuinely cares about the service it provides its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Koble.
