After a 2 month wait, the product, a Two Sisters Statue, finally arrived, So disappointed with the product. It looks nothing like the photos that were on the site. It is more than half the size expected and is cheap and shoddy.I dont think it is even glass. Looks and feels like plastic. It looks like it came from a $2 shop and I paid over A$60.00 for it ! Very unhappy. I don't think I will even gift it to my sister. I would be too embarrassed to gift such an ugly thing.

Placed an order for an item 2 1/2 months ago and never heard or saw anything from them. When I did finally search my emails for an order confirmation I found it and sent them an email asking for a refund. They gave me a long song and a dance about how I ordered in peak time and since it was coming from overseas it was going to take another several weeks. I saw that I purchased with paypal so I filed a dispute. I have gotten 3 emails from them now saying they have approved my refund but can't process it until I delete my dispute. I have notified Paypal of all 3 demands from them. The problem is the purchase is under a different name so there is no way of knowing until after you place your order who the "real" company is you are doing business with. I think they do business with the hope you will forget about what you ordered and they just keep your money.

Terrible company. Long delivery time. Product nothing like the size or quality in the description and arrived broken.
Customer service and tracking number unhelpful. Would not recommend using this company at all

It is only about 1/4 of the expected size with a rather evil expression and NOTHING like the advert at all! They said they would give me a 50% refund which STILL hasn’t happened! All their ‘own’ reviews on their site say 5* which is an utter lie! How can we stop these swines!!!

Order confirmed almost 2 months ago (Feb. 2). Product has not even been shipped. AI response every time...will be shipped within a week, etc. DO NOT ORDER from these fraudulent people.

Absolute rubbish!!! Avoid like the plague. I ordered a bird feeder, and thought it would be like the magnificent one pictured on their web page. Sadly, this was not to be. After an excessively lengthy wait for it to arrive from China, what I received bore little comparison to what I thought I had ordered. For a start, it was tiny! It struggled to make 7". The one in the adverts looked around 18" tall. Secondly, it was very poorly decorated - mostly, it was plain plastic, as it would have come out of the machine. Again, vastly dfferent to the one illustrated. It was not even in the same pose as that illustrated - mine was bolt upright, and without the kindly-looking tilt to the head.
As for it being a bird feeder - if one sparrow, or similar, manaes t o perch on it, it will be lucky. Certainly nowhere near suited to communal use - again, as illustrated in the advert.
All told, a total scam - what you get is nothing like what you expect, or hope for.

Photographs of items are incredibly misleading. We ordered 'A Gentle Offering' bird feeder. In the images it shows multiple birds being able to perch and feed at the bowl. The sculpture is as tall as a human from waist to shoulder or more. What arrived was tiny, I think perhaps one bird could perch on it. It's made of resin - this is poor and in no way resembles the picture. It is poor quality and 'tacky' in design, badly painted and all in all a complete rip-off. It took over a month to arrive - I wasn't expecting a fast delivery from China to the UK but the disappointment at the unpacking stage (for my husband's birthday) was palpable. I sent emails to the company and to their credit they did respond every time. On closer inspection of the details, it does state that the item is 8" tall - I missed this as I was blown away by the size of it in the photo (also it is in tiny print). It is the images that are misleading. Furthermore, I cannot send the item back as it will cost too much in postage to China, but this would be the only way to receive a refund! So we are stuck with it. I will put it in the garden and hope that some minuscule bird might land on it - fingers crossed. Never again!

The item I received is JUNK!! Took over a month to arrive! It is only 7 inches tall (about 1/4 the size shown on there page!) And the paint job is so bad it looks like a 3 yr old child painted it!! Total SCAM!

This place is a scam. It is not a real business. Do not order online from them. Complete scam!

I bought one of their bird feeders. All the pictures show a feeder made of plaster or something similar with the item being about 2 feet tall. What they sent me was a cheap plastic cast item that is barely 6 inches high. A load of rubbish not even big enough for a bird to sit on.

I ordered a bird feeder on 22/1/26 and am still waiting for it!

14/3/26- received it today, absolutely rubbish. Tiny cheap looking thing … !!!!!!!!!

First off, the Instagram ad for the bird feeder shows a larger version of the feeder attached to a tree and secondly they (the advertiser) never once informs you that the product is coming from China. It arrived today and its a absolute joke. about 1/4 the size that I expected and it only took about a month and a half to arrive. Click bait for sure, I really should have known better. Total scam right from the start.

I ordered the bird feeder 28 days ago, cannot get anyone to answer my request for a full refund, I just wish I had read the reviews here before I gave away my money. SCAM ALL THE WAY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
Update - it took 6 weeks before I eventually received it, broken, and measuring 7.5 inches high and 5 inches wide

No communication.
No delivery even after 21 days from order. Do not buy from this company.

My order was placed before Christmas with this US company. Since then I have watched it go from China to UK to China to UK this month, and I have still not received it.

Possibly the worse delivery service ever!

Never received the items I purchased. Contacted the company and they told me to take it up with UPS. Scam artists. Dont waste your money.

I ordered items in September and a month later I hadn’t received anything - no tracking number nothing. When I contacted the store they said the item was out of stock and I could either order something of equal value or get a refund. They were just going to keep my money and never say a word. We’ll see if I get my money back.

Statue was as described (and very nice), shipping was fast, handling not so fast.
I had to mail them and ask for shipping-info after a few weeks, but they replied within a day, and promptly sent my order afterwards.

A complete disappointment. They sent different materials than I ordered, and some were in poor condition. They say I have to pay the shipping costs if I want to return it.
Total scam, don't buy anything.

Ordered on the 18th of july, it is now August 10th. I have contacted them multiple times and no reply. Do not go through this company, I am disputing the charge with my bank. Additionally, I had to order a new card because after making this purchase, someone tried to purchase something with my information.
