When I make any purchase I research forever. I looked at chairs for probably four months. I narrowed my choices down to a couple and finally decided on Kollecktiv G12. Here are some of the reasons. The extra long track more than 4inches longer than most. I also wanted the 4D massage rollers. Many others in the $2000 price range had 3D or 2. My son is 6’4 and a lot of the chairs weren’t made with taller people in mind. My son fits comfortably and enjoys the chair. The delivery took longer than expected but it wasn’t the manufacturer fault. The chair also did not come with any instructions. I also couldn’t find any videos on the web. This chair has a joystick and speakers you have two things to connect with blue tooth. To set things up I had to call customer service. It took a couple of days because I’m busy and missed some calls. This is the first chair we have purchased. The foot massage is excellent and has three settings I have to keep it at the lowest. The air bags squeeze the tops of your feet and are very beneficial throughout the chair. The intensity of the chair is actually painful to me. I have to put a blanket down in order to use some of the programs. This being the first chair I have nothing to compare it to. My son and daughter in law have no problems and love the massage. I love it with the blanket. The chair has rollers on bottom and is easy to move. When I’m not using the chair I put it on pause and it is comfortable to sit and watch tv. Overall we are pleased with our chair and enjoy massages several times a day.

So far I just ordered...I haven't received chair yet...im a chiropractor/neurophysiologist...with some back issues..from lifing heavy 500 and 600lbs for years..im 6,1 300lbs..trying to get back in shape...back in gym trying to lose weight..this chair will be vital to that process in recovery...keeping ur disc height/space well maintained is crucial for spine care...massage/traction has been a great adjunct therapy for this...I will keep ull updated on process and how chair helps me...my bday gift 🎁 to myself...

We received a used/damaged massage chair not a new one and we are having difficulty getting a return shipping label from Kollecktiv. We are very disappointed with this service.

After a bit of a hassle getting the chair delivered on the promise date, I have to say the chair is amazing. If anything it may be a bit to intense if allowed to execute preprogrammed routines without toning them down a bit via the manual controls. The foot massage is especially intense. I had to put a pair of Oder-eater insoles in the bottom of the foot wells to tone it down. I also want to say that support has been excellent. Using WHATSAPP gets almost instantaneous response from central support. They have been very responsive and helpful. My only complaint with the chair, and as far as I can tell every chair out there has the same deficiency, no cup holder!
If you are looking for a solid, well built, versatile, mid price chair, I don’t think you can go wrong with the 301.

I did a lot of research before I selected Kollecktiv. I have had other massage chairs and was less than satisfied. The chair is some kind of awesome. Voice commands. Different massage routines. Bluetooth speakers. We got the 301 and are very happy with the purchase.
