Appalling company

Appalling company. No product received and when I contact them, I just get the same automated message !
The requested refund is dealt with in the same way!
They also trade under other names as I've had the same issues with a different named company from China and responses are exactly the same.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! They never sent out my order and completely ignored my emails. As soon as I sent an email informing them I have now alerted the fraud team with my bank as the company is clearly a SCAM they emailed back immediately. They said they sent out a check and to please cancel my claim with the bank. I said absolutely not. I have now received a full refund from them straight into my account.
Please save you money and don't buy from this company. They will not send your items and will not get in contact with you.

NEVER AGAIN

I have ordered 2 items back in june 21 that never arrived, I received no notifications about it being lost and when i enquired they said they didn't have the same items to send so they offered to send a replacement. the customer service is incomprehensible in their emails and misleading as well. They were not clear about the options i had and kept on offering to send different items or the same ones when back in stock even if i was asking for my money back, it seems STILL TODAY to speak to a plain wall seriously frustrating. when i asked for a refund again very angry they tell me only then i missed out on the refund period.

I have been trying to contact them over email but they keep sending the same template response that make no sense. It's been a frustrating almost 2 years of nonsense. I waited this long to leave this review hoping they were going to sort out the order i paid for and never received but they keep making no sense after all this time, unbelievable.

love the sandals but they run big and i needed to exchange for a smaller size. They made me send pics to prove they were to big. Here is there response now:
he shiping fee is a little high and we sincerely not suggest you to return. We would like to help find a solution that no return to solve your problem. So we would like to ask that is there any chance you could keep the items and we offer you partial refund to cover up your disappointment?

This site is an absolute joke the dresses I got sent were pathetic and I paid over £80 for them I have thrown them straight in the bin the pic on the site made these dresses look like two pieces and they aren't the fabric is flimsy and cheap on the whole a disaster of an order and a waste of money! AVOID!!!

HORRIBLE company

HORRIBLE company. They sent me a dress with a big tear in the front. When I contacted them they promised to send a replacement but never did and just stopped answering my emails. $30 down the drain. Don’t use them.

I read their satisfaction guaranteed, no problems with returns. I bought 1 dress, more like a tshirt, poor quality. 1 blouse again tshirt poor quality. Their is a size chart. I went by their chart. Clothes did not fit. I sent pictures prove they were not damaged. They told me I should've did size chart, no refund cost too much money for them to return. Give it to someone for Christmas as a gift. Thank you here's 20 % off next purchase. You got me once.. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Gave 1 because I HAD to choose a star. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered 2 items and they were too big. Thought it would be an easy experience like SHEIN I deal with them at least monthly with no issues. This one first asked for me to send my measurements and pictures of what I bought. WHYYYY what if you just don't like or changed your mind or came in too late etc. They are saying it will be too much to send back to just gift to someone and that I can just get a discount on a future purchase. Absolutely awful experience I ordered was not what it looked like. The t-shirt was more of a crop top. They have a 30 day refund policy and I was late by 9 days and they absolutely sent an email to the company getting no response then I went on Facebook and I found their Contact info which is when I contacted the company finally I was able to get in touch with the company customer care help department and I received excellent service. He resolved my issues and was very pleasant throughout the entire process i am so happy

I placed a order about 2 months ago going back & forth through messages with customer service & wondering where my package has been delivered.
To come find out it got sent to a different state. Which now I’m being told if I want a full refund I will be having to pay extra shipping fee back to them to recover my money back.

Overall, don’t waste your time on ordering here because most likely it won’t show up or will get ordered to the wrong address & you probably won’t be getting anything back if you don’t pay extra for it.

Also No contact information is really available but through messages I should have seen that as a Red flag myself. But got too excited when I ordered now I’m Learning my lesson..
