A Solid Experience all around
I received my Sequoia Fabric Case from Komodoty for my Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, in a timely delivery process, thank you Komodoty
The packaging was an AMAZING unpacking experience. Knowing that everything the Case was packaged in, is biodegradable or recyclable is a thumbs up for me. Especially for our planet.
The Minimalistic Case is a perfect fit with, solid durable materials. For me it's about protecting my investment, and having a case that looks great as well and that's what I got.

AirPod replacement
As the AirPod I have bought from them got stuck at the custom, I have been enquiring with them if a solution could have been applied and after 3 emails exchanges, a new AirPod was sent to me from them using another country of destination without extra charges to me and I have received their product.
Their efficiency and the prompt customer assistance has made this company an outstanding example in caring about their customers in which not even more well known and sizable companies are able to offer.
Thank you again for your outstanding service and you got a super satisfied customer.

Great customer service
I ordered the wrong case for my husband for his christmas present. They do not do refunds or returns but they are sending me the correct case for only 10$! I am very happy with Helena who gave me great customer service. I cannot wait to receive the correct case.

IPhone 14 case
Bought a phone case with them which the delivery driver left out in the open porch…I had to contact the customer service whom made the replacement process extra tedious, at one point they even asked for a postage label from my end (sounds exactly as ridiculous as you read it). Given those whole fuss, I just wanted a full refund which they do not offer despite the issue arising from their end, horrible experience. Sadly, this made my experience and will avoid them as much as possible even though I had made purchases from them in the past. Their phone case are pretty and great for the price.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re genuinely sorry that this experience was frustrating for you, as that was never our intention.
For transparency, your original order was marked as delivered by the courier with photo evidence showing it was left at the address provided. Despite this being classified as a successful delivery, we still arranged a one-time free replacement at our cost as a goodwill gesture, which was also delivered successfully.
During this process, we requested certain information (such as delivery confirmations or address clarifications) not to complicate matters, but because these are mandatory requirements from both PayPal and the courier when a parcel is marked delivered. This documentation is necessary for us to investigate and protect both parties.
You raised a chargeback via PayPal despite sending you a free replacement, which was reviewed in full and resolved in our favour, as the evidence confirmed delivery and receipt of the replacement. We also reached out multiple times afterwards to try and resolve things directly, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
We appreciate your kind words about the product itself, and we’re genuinely disappointed that the overall experience left a negative impression despite our efforts to resolve the situation fairly and promptly.

Absolutely love my slim wood phone…
Absolutely love my slim wood phone case!! I saw a video in YouTube where someone broke the case in bits to show theirs claims that there is a layer of kevlar in the center and it was legit! The customer service was great! Quick to respond to my questions and they also gave me a discount when I asked. Received my case in 9 days and I'm also a fan of their sustainable packaging, very cool.
