What made my experience great? That's easy, working with Roger from beginning to end. From being immediately available to answer initial general questions, always being responsive of my questions big or small and getting me all setup with a great installation team, Roger was absolutely amazing. My husband & I LOVE saunas so we decided to order one to our home & we couldn’t be happier that we chose Komowa!! The sauna comes in large boxes & it was rather simple to assemble. & wow, the moment you step inside & experience — the smell of the wood, the heat, the warm lighting, & the sound of waterfalls (or whatever music you prefer on the bluetooth speaker!), you can’t help but melt. Sometimes I forget I’m still at home… it’s such an oasis. A luxurious spa feel. 10/10 recommend!!
