We brew premium quality kombucha — raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised — and deliver it free to homes and businesses all over the UK. We make kombucha the way it was always made: grandma's techniques, not factory ones. That means a full slow ferment, small batches, and the patience to let the culture do its work properly. No sweetening substitutes, no acidifiers, no culture concentrates, no gelatin or finings, and nothing artificial. Only whole, natural, vegan ingredients go into the bottle. Because we don't pasteurise, the living cultures created during fermentation stay alive in every glass, along with the naturally occurring organic acids that give real kombucha its clean, cidery tartness. Where most kombucha relies on standard fruit flavourings, we build unique flavours from roots, herbs, spices, flowers and seasonal fruits.
