They made a cheap product, with a quality I’d expect from a dollar store and sold it x10. My direct email to them on my experience:

1. First mark up the item so that you gain +70-80% profit, and avoid telling the customer the product is from China worth $3 at best. Customers fall for your pretend to be western trap and buy the product anyway - Sept 5th 7:48pm EST

2. Receive customer request to cancel the order - Sept 5th 8:39pm EST (only 30mins later)

3. Delay to respond to a customer’s email in a timely manner, but agree to refund when they followed up, and then don’t actually do it - Sept 9th 10:07am EST

4. Emailed back and made excuse that it’s too late for them to cancel, as the product has already left the port - Sept 15th 1:33am EST

5. Instruct customer to refuse to accept the package but they CANT because the package does not require signature and is left at the doorstep - Sept 15th 7:44am EST

6. Punt the full responsibility on the customer now and have them pay for the refund and hope the customer doesn’t go through the trouble…Sept 16 10:

As expected, even though the package was sent to me via Mississauga, I have to return it to China, costs $12. They’ve also said that it’s at their discretion once they receive it whether they will accept the return. Now it’s a game of probability since the product cost $50.

I opened the package, and it’s such a tacky plastic gadget. Would attach photos if I could but, this company is great at marketing up. They pretend to have great customer service but not accountable when put to the test.

I never received my order - they didn't ship it.
They now refuse to return my money, as they say i should have let them know about issues with my order within 30 days of ordering. No where in there terms of service is this stated.

I didn't think there was issues as i was notified by mail that they were preparing the order and would let me know once it was shipped.

I am not happy. The quality is not as advertised. It's a cheap plastic product from China. Don't fall for this (dropshipping).

The “Smart Productivity Timer” is nothing more than a cheap piece of plastic with the exact same abilities as free apps on your phone. For example, the IntervalTimer app does everything this device claims to do—without costing you a cent.

To make matters worse, the company refuses to give refunds or replacements, even when the product is poor quality and doesn’t match expectations. Instead, they hide behind their “policy” and offer you a discount code, forcing you to spend more money with them.

This product is a rip-off, and the customer service is just as bad. Save yourself the frustration—download a free timer app and avoid this company entirely.

As others have said, this timer is very cheaply made to begin with. The photo shown on the website does not match the actual product in terms of the look of the bezel and more so, regarding the visibility of the numbers. In addition, the you can only pre set in the countdown mode in 5 second increments. Not very helpful with tasks such as baking. Overall, while it does turn on, a very overpriced product, that does not function well.

I purchased the timer and it was sent from Korea so it took some time to arrive. And then when it did I was so disappointed. Poorly packaged and very poor construction. I wrote to the company a number of times to return this timer for a refund and I have not heard back from them once! I suggest that you stay away for Konah Home!!!

Very disappointed with my experience. The items I received were cheaply made plastic, despite being advertised as premium quality. Even worse, the company refuses to accept returns for non-faulty items, which goes against UK consumer law for online purchases. I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

I ordered a time tracker and neither got it nor got a refund. They took 35 EUR and never replied back.

Cheap plastic from China. I bought it expecting a good quality timer, thinking that price and buying it on 🇺🇸 dedicated website will guarantee not receiving low quality 💩 from China. Never been so disappointed. My worst purchase ever.

Scam - The product is a cheap plastic China drop-shipped dollar store item sold as a premium product. Customer support will waste your time and make you jump through hoops (like sending them videos demonstrating how the product is not functioning properly) and then finally say they can't accept the return because it's a "sale item". Technically this is illegal as I'm in the EU and the law requires a 2 week return window on online purchases regardless of it it's "on sale" or not.

Scam. Piece of plastic, magnet doesn't work, cannot set timer consistent with advertisement, not even child-level toy.

Scam! Tried to buy, but their website redirects back to google if you have adblocker on.

Sent me bad quality garbage for $35 (which is expensive for a timer) and then said they cannot refund/return due to it being a sale item. It has always been on sale and I believe they are using this reason to scam people. Please do not buy from this company

I thought I was buing a 40$ timer and was expecting the quality to match the price. The timer is entirely made out of low quality plastics, probably not even exceding a production cost of a few cents. Still waiting on my refund.

Purchased the Productivity Timer which turned out to be a cheap knock-off in extremely poor quality. Do not buy from this website.

Reseller of Chinese non-brand goods that you can buy from Temu, Ebay or Aliexpress for quarter of the price...

The Anti-Dust Cable Storage Box that I received was not the same box as the photos on their website, and arrived with a stain on the wooden lid. The Smart Productivity Timer arrived with multiple scratches. I reached out to Konah about these issues via email. After over a month of back and forth emails with customer service in which I provided multiple photos, during which there were multiple 5-7 day periods without responses to my emails, representative Josh Michael informed me that they would not process a return and a refund. They clearly hide the poor reviews from their website; I wouldn't be surprised if their reviews are mostly/all fake. Extremely shady company – stay far, far away.

Bad plastic products. The productivity timer was scratched on arrival and is so light that it is difficult to set times. The rotating Sphere makes noise as it spins. Could probably have gotten a better product at Temu for 1/10 of the price. Absolutely cannot recommend

Fell for the FB ad and bought one of those rotary digital timers. Thought I was buying from a reputable company, not just an Amazon junk pass through middleman.
