UPDATE – Much Better Experience Once My NAD+ Arrived
I wanted to provide an update to my previous review now that I have received my NAD+ from Kongo.
From the day I placed my order until the day I received it, the entire process took approximately one week.
With the level of competition in telehealth today, I still believe that a full week to receive NAD+ is longer than it should be.
As I mentioned in my original review, the biggest delay was not necessarily the pharmacy or shipping itself, but the time it took for my treatment to be reviewed and approved.
That being said, I also believe in giving credit where it is due, and my experience improved significantly once the medication arrived.
My NAD+ was very well packaged. The ice packs were still frozen, everything was organized and professionally presented, and the instructions were clear and easy to understand.
Those details make a big difference in the overall patient experience and definitely improved my impression compared with the beginning of the process.
Another very positive surprise was the concentration of the NAD+. The NAD+ I received from Kongo is 200 mg/mL, compared with the 100 mg/mL concentration I had been receiving from another provider. For me, that adds additional value to the price I paid and makes their NAD+ offering even more attractive.
Overall, I am much more satisfied now that I have received the medication.
My main hope is that Kongo can improve the approval turnaround time and how quickly prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy, especially when it is time to request a refill.
If they can improve that part of the process while maintaining the quality of the packaging, medication, and instructions I received today, it would make a significant difference in the overall customer experience.
I wanted to update my review because I think it is only fair to share both sides of my experience the areas that need improvement and the things Kongo did very well.
