Terugsturen naar China is vreemd, het product is niet van goede kwaliteit.

Koop hier NOOIT. Zeer slechte pasvorm en kwaliteit. En je geld krijg je ook niet terug. Ze beloven van alles maar na diverse mails heb ik de moed maar opgegeven. GELD KWIJT.

Nog geen 1 ster waard. Beha's zijn veel te klein ook de xxl. Heb ik aangegeven, maar ze willen geen geld terug storten. Het zijn oplichters,en de beha's van waardeloos materiaal. Bestel hier vooral niet. Je bent je geld kwijt al zeggen ze dat je het geld terug krijgt. Doen ze dus niet. Je bent je geld kwijt. Waardeloos bedrijf!!

Their bras are not bras as we know them to be, they advertised some nice bras but sent me tacky rubbish with no cups just a piece of sponge on each side, very poor quality and not what they're advertising at all.
Complete rip off/scam and at this moment I'm trying to get my £35.90 back. Please steer clear of this Chinese shop and don't be fooled like I was as it's really stressful and insulting. Steer clear of crooks in China!..

Even one star is too much. I read from another customer the trouble they had getting a refund. First they offered me the same amount as I spent on buying something else from their site, then they offered me a larger amount of money to spend on line. These i turned down. They now offered me a complete refund if I return the goods to China or 50% off what I spent and keep the goods. I am still fighting this as I do not wish to accept either - why should I have to pay for the return. Terrible company, my advice DO NOT USE

I purchased 3 bras from Konly only to receive shoddy, unfinished, non supporting bras. I had big problems trying to obtain the 30 day money back guarantee. It doesn't exist. They don't care. After umpteen emails they stated that I had to pay for return postage then when received the bras would need to be inspected and would take 45 day before any refund would be made. There final offer was keep the bras and have a 50% refund. In view of the postage costs and all the hassle I agreed to this. I have received the refund and wore one if the bras the other day. When I raised my arms the bra lifted above my nipples. No structure at all in these bras and no sufficiant strap adjustment either. In their advert the bras look to be good quality with no comparison to what I received. Do not buy from this company. They are scamming customers.

Es ist extrem schwierig die Versandadresse zu bekommen und die Versandkosten( selbstbehalt )sind sehr hoch da man die Ware nach BRASILIEN !?? schicken muss.
Gott sei Dank, duch Klarna bezahlt, sonst hätte ich kein Geld mehr gesehen.
Aber jetzt kommt's : die Waren kommen aus Brasilien mit der Post zurück und man sollte dafür 31€ zahlen .

My item was very small and not at all as the size chart indicated. I asked to return it. They said they would exchange but said if that did not fit they would not refund. I declined that offer as I was sure the item would not fit correctly.

They have since ignored all requests for my refund.

Zeer slechte kwaliteit. Maten kloppen totaal niet. Op de advertensie zien ze er stevig en solide uit. Maar in werkelijkheid zikn het slappe waardeloze bh s. Maat klopt niet. En geen geld terug. Waardeloos voelt me belazerd

Die BH's, die ich bestellt habe passen nicht. Das Unterbrustband ist so weich, dass mehr heausfällt, als das es etwas hält.
Um siezurückzugeben, musste ich an eine Info-email-Adresse schreiben, erhielt aber nie Antwort. Erst als ich mich bei paypal beschwerte, bekam ich die gewünschte Information. Das Zurückschicken ist aber so teuer, dass ich die BH's einfach wegschmeißen werde.
Ich werde NIE wieder bei Konly bestellen!!!

BH's entsprechen nicht der angegebene Größe.
Retoure nicht möglich, da Mail nicht beim Shop ankommen. Geld somit futsch. Konly ist "Nicht" zu empfehlen!

Eine Bestellung war von guter Qualität (Herrenunterhosen) mit etwas langer Lieferzeit. Davon angetan bestellte meine Frau BH`s für sich. Die Qualität katastrophal, Größe passte nicht. Rückgabezeitraum war viel zu kurz (7 Tage im Gegensatz zu 14 Tagen im EU-Raum). Auf unsere wiederholte Bemängelung hin kam keine direkte Rückmeldung auf unsere Mails, außer weitere Werbe- und Rabattangebote.

Konly ist unmöglich. Seit vielen Wochen warte ich auf drei BH's. Zum Glück lief die Zahlung über PayPal und ich habe das Geld zurück bekommen. Im Lieferstatus steht immer noch seit 1. Oktober "versendet". Eine Antwort auf viele Mails ist nie gekommen. Finger weg von dieser Firma.

Too many of these insects are surfacing. I have been duped 3 times. Never buy without looking up the reviews. Always avoid unknown companies like this one

Ich habe 2 Monat auf meine Bestellung warte. Meine Email ignoriert die Firma Konly. Das Geld zurück bekommen.. unmöglich. eine schlechte Erfahrung. Niemanden empfehle ich Kohly BH. Sein Vorsichtig!

Don't go near this fraudulent thieving company. I've been waiting 3 weeks for purchase. They ignore emails and ignore requests for refunds
They are yet another Chinese company churning out substandard tat and stealing our money. Stay away from them!

Man bekommt keine Adresse, oder sonst was, wo man die bestellte Ware (ich würde den Kram anders bezeichnen) zurücksenden kann.
Das ist der allerletzte Laden!
Schade für´s Geld. Ich hab alles in den Mülleimer geworfen.
Mädels, gebt bissle mehr Geld aus.
