I'm very happy with the AC install. They did a very good job of it, it took less than a day and there was minimal disruption. I'm also pleased with the customer service, as after the install was done they showed us how to use the device, when/how to clean the filters and what to expect of it. Would recommend to anyone.

The two onsite fitters were great. One set of piping needed to go through the loft and they routed it to avoid trip hazards. The exterior trunking work was neat. They went the extra mile to wash away brick dust afterward. They were also accomodating for our morning routines.

Very simple to book, in fact it was very automated but they made sure I was happy with the date the service was looking to be done. They came on the day expected and all done with no fuss. Will use again!

As always Kool-it services have been brilliant. They are always easy to talk to and get help and advice. Sam came today and serviced the AC. He arrived in good time and set straight to work. Very professional, tidy and helpful. Also helped us by contacting the office to see about measuring up for another unit while he was here rather than having to book another appointment. Bez came to service the 2 air cons I have and he was such a polite chatty guy, did such a good service on the air con, I have asked for him again but unfortunately he now installs not service, I’m not surprised because he knew everything about them, I was very impressed.
