So, I am someone who buys A LOT of Korean stationery and have tried like 3 different proxy websites for Korea and this one is the best one so far. Can’t recommend them enough! Even though their fees are on the higher end, I think it’s really worth it.

First of all, the custom order form is really hassle-free. I can’t tell you how much I hate most custom order forms because of the amount of information they ask for — imagine doing that for like 30 items… yea, NO THANKS.

Secondly, storage time period. It’s free for up to 90 days! I know it says 60 days on the website but I asked the staff recently and they told me it was 90. But the best thing is that they won’t throw your goods away as long as you communicate. What a godsend..

I've ordered Korean merchandise with them many times, pre-orders included, and they always provide excellent service. Shipping costs are cheaper than other sites, and they're very upfront with it when you place an order. They ship quickly and provide photos of the items once they receive it.
