Kore Kawaii Avis 7

I cannot recommend Kore Kawaii enough! I recently ordered a Kawaii Cloud iPhone Case, and not only is the design absolutely adorable (cloud case), but the customer service is truly top-tier. I had accidentally ordered the wrong phone model, and Barb was so incredibly helpful in getting it updated for me right away. Later, when I had a small issue with the case, she responded promptly (even while being under the weather!) and immediately offered a replacement. It is so rare to find a shop that cares this much about their customers. I’m officially a returning customer and can’t wait to see what other cute things they release! 💖✨

Are you perhaps considering to buy something from the site korekawaii but you are unsure whether it’s safe or not? Let me help you with that, because I was in the exact same position not long ago. The 20/1-26 I decided to make a gamble by buying a plushie from korekawaii expecting it to most likely not arrive. Well, let me tell you that my experience from purchase all the way to delivery of my product has been a lovely experience! The purchase went smoothly and I got the email with order descriptions quickly along with points for my purchase. The entire time I have been able to track and see where my plushie have been.
My plushie arrived well packaged, whole and looking just like the picture!

So to sum it all up, if you’re considering buying from Korekawaii I 100% recommend it! It’s a safe site with lovely customer service and even a points back system!

I ordered a gift but after almost a week they just canceled my order telling that they don’t have an item in stock. I really counted on them as now I am without a gift for a birthday

Not impressed. It's been 9 days and the order has not even been fulfilled let alone shipped. I feel like this was a scam :(

I ordered the Relaxalotl hoodie, and the apology stickers (10 pcs) and it’s been 4 days. People have said it comes really fast. It doesn’t.

After growing up with Japanese manga and anime, as an adult this business hits all the nostalgia with a huge inventory of must have items! The products are based on the kawaii style within Japanese culture and are very reasonably priced. Some items may take some time to ship, but that is typical for anything shipping overseas. Even then, if it’s shipping overseas the timeframe was very reasonable. I bought a Japanese style miniature house that requires putting together every little detail - from the house frame to the tiny throw pillows. Great quality, absolutely obsessed and am getting ready to buy another one! I highly recommend Korekawaii and their customer service was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

I got my items but 2/4 had an error (like a missing part) and one of the other items had an awful cheap texture :/ really only happy with one of my 4 items
Also the shipping time was awfull. The items came so slow I had left for vacation (luckily not to another country so I was able to get them)
