Rücksendung nicht angekommen

Eine Rücksendung ist angeblich nicht angekommen. Nach 2 Monaten habe ich eine Mahnung u. Mahngebühren erhalten. Obwohl vorher eine mehrfache Korrespondenz stattfand. Erst nach Drohung mit Rechtsanwalt, ist die zurückgesandte Ware auf einmal aufgetaucht.

Complaining against one of the Koton store cashier

Hi, I wanted to express my deepest disappointment with the one of the cashier who was so rude and disrespectful to us. This time was the second time that she treated us I’ll- mannered and I am sure she is doing that intentionally. I informed the manager regarding her misbehavior and hope to rectify this issue soon. Unfortunately, this store is closest store to my residence building and I have no choice for shopping. This kind of customer service will ruin their business soon or later and I wanted to inform her manager to dismiss such a irresponsible person to business. Mary

Avoid KOTON in Ramstore Mall in Skopje Macedonia

This brand has great quality everyday fashion wear, for women, men, and kids. I purchase from them for years now.

However, the attitude of their sales personnel in the retail stores, to be exact in their store in Ramstore Mall, Skopje in Macedonia is terrible. Instead of attracting and helping customers with their kindness, professionalism, and proactiveness, they are just the opposite. The customer approach of the two shop assistants who serviced me yesterday, Slavica and Aida was at the least to say repugnant. As if they didn’t want me to buy anything from the store. First, they gave misleading information on the actioned / sale goods prices, then wrong information on the purchase terms of those goods - accessories, and in the end when I was forced to buy them, they charged me the full price, instead of the discounted one. Luckily, I checked the receipt and noticed it. When I returned, they literally verbally assaulted me and blamed the computer system for wrongfully charging me more and showed no intent in amending it. They showed no candor, no flexibility, or willingness to resolve the matter, just verbal assaults directed toward me.
Of course, when I am treated with disrespect, what I did, is to return all of the goods I purchased that day on the spot, due to their improper and highly unprofessional attitude. It goes without saying that after this horrible experience, I won’t be their regular customer any longer.

So, instead of earning money for Koton these two sales assistants are costing the brand to lose money and its customers on daily basis.

Poir quality of earrings

I bought this summer a pair of earrings that were gold in color. after a few weeks, they turned black!!
Very poor quality compared to their price. :-(

Stay AWAY! I ordered 145.00 worth of turtlenecks

I ordered 145.00 worth of turtlenecks. They charged my card immediately (order number 23807) but never sent me any confirmation emails. Two weeks later, they website says my order has been "fulfilled", but I have received NOTHING. Two emails to the hello@KOTN and to press@Kotn have gone unanswered (today is October 26). No confirmation emails, no delivery emails, no "how was your order" emails. Just silence. But they got their money.

bad customer service

The customer service is absolutely horrible! My friend and i went to return the clothes we bought and they wouldn’t exchange it because it was “messed up”, even though we wore it only once just to try it on… It seemed to us that they were looking for an excuse to not exchange/return it. How can it be a coincidence that we both ruined the two shirts we got? Maybe it’s their fault for having their poor quality ruined after wearing their shirts for literally two minutes. Ridiculous.

Pants quality is not good

I bought pants on sale. They said it should be returned or exchanged after 2 days. I wore it after a week and the fabric tore in front just behind the zipper. I bring back to koton after 1 week and they don’t want exchange nor refund because it was already 2 weeks ago after i bought. The problem is, it is a pants and it should last long and not just single use. That means the quality is not good. I will never buy anything from koton.

The worst customer treatment I’ve ever had

The worst customer treatment I’ve ever had in my whole life is in Kotton. On 1/9/2020 at 9:30 pm we went to Taksim branch to change 4 pieces we purchased on 28/12/2019 between 11:00pm-12:00. We had the receipt with us and we didn’t touch the receipt since the day we purchased the items it was in the same plastic bag. A staff member called Helal told us to wait for half an hour so we did and then the manager I don’t know his name told us to come back at 1:00 am or to come on the next day. We told him that we can’t come back on the next day because our flight is on the next day in the morning and we’ll be back at 12:00 because 1:00 is too late for us and changing the items shouldn’t take 4 hours! We came back at 12:00 and they started Procrastinating and kept us waiting until 1:00 am. At that time we got angry. Imagine waiting from 9:30 pm until 1:00am just to change 4 pieces we didn’t even want the cash back! They yelled at us from the beginning and threw the pieces at our face and left us to finish their job at the cashier. They called us “geri zekâlı” which means idio*ts in turkey. Thanks God I know Turkish so we left the items with the receipt in the shop and we left the place with the pieces we wanted to exchange our items with. At that time the door alarm worked and they told us they will call the police. We went to the police man in Taksim and then the civilian police came. We explained the problem to them and the rude manager who called us idi*ots told us explicitly to shut up both in English and in Turkish and laughed at us all in front of the police. They told the police that it is our fault that the barcode in the receipt isn’t working”the receipt that we didn’t move form the plastic bag they gave us” and that the cashier is now closed at 1:00 am! At that time we discovered that it was an evil trick from them since the beginning and that they didn’t want to exchange the items since the beginning because the rude manager told us to come back at 1:00 am since 9:30 pm knowing that the cashier will be closed at that time. They insisted that we must come back on the next day and it’s our fault not theirs. Our flight was already on the next day and they know that. We asked them for a guarantee that they’ll return the items on the next day and they said that there’s no guarantee and they don’t guarantee that we won’t wait for 4 hours again tomorrow. After five hours of stressful tiring moment at 1:45 am they exchanged the items after the police man told them to do so. Couldn’t have they exchanged it at 9:30 immediately and save us the time and trouble? Couldn’t have they treat us with respect at least? Neither the value nor the quality of the items sold in Koton are worth it as long as the customer service is that bad. We wasted 5 hours of our last few hours in Istanbul waiting for nothing. We had to call the police at the end to return the items. We could have spent that time on the Bosphorus or anywhere else in Istanbul. Helal, Isa”the manager who tried to hit us knowing that we’re hijabis” and the manger who called us i*diots. They all ruined a big reputation Koton made through out so many years in 1 minute. It takes years to build a good reputation and 1 minute to destroy all of that. They are ambassadors not only for Koton but for the entire Turkish citizens and they gave us a bad impression of all of the Turkish population. Added to that I am still wondering how can a big brand with a big branch in an area full of tourists don’t have any employee who can speak in English or Arabic!!

They are scammers

They are scammers, nothing else. My wife has ordered dress. Nothing has com in two weeks. They sent a e-mail to ask opinion about the service. But there is no dress to give the opinion. They don´t answer e-mails, nothing.

Ich wollte Informationen zu Zoll und Retoure haben, jedoch würde das nur per Telefon gehen. Ich rufe ganz bestimmt nicht in der Türkei an.

Dass Koton nach Deutschland liefert fand ich zunächst ganz interessant wobei ich mir gleich etwas bestellt habe, nun hat dies aber nicht gepasst. So zurückschicken ging nicht kostenlos , 30€ mussten also erstmal her um das Paket loszuwerden. Nach 4-5 Wochen kam dann das Paket auch noch zurück???? Und mir wurde auch noch eine Gebühr von 20€ in Rechnung gestellt, wohl oder übel musste ich dann auch noch aus dem deutschen Festnetz rüber in die Türkei anrufen was mich nochmal Zeit und Geld gekostet hat. Die „Beratung“ am Telefon hat auch nichts gebracht, alles inkompenente dumme Leute die keine Ahnung von ihrem job hben. Also bitte einfach nicht bestellen oder zumindest 100% ig sicher sein dass das passt was man bestellt!

Koton hat seit kurzem online shop…

Koton hat seit kurzem online shop außerhalb der Türkei. Fand ich gut, bis ich einige Artikel zurückschicken musste, die nicht passten. Versandkosten muss mann selber tragen. Es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeit auf der Koton Internetseite jemanden zu kontaktieren, man muss in der Türkei anrufen, dein Problem wird zwar aufgenommen (geh ich mal jetzt davon aus) aber keiner meldet sich, es tut sich nicht. Seit 6 Wochen warte ich auf eine Reaktion, mittlerweile 3x angerufen, hohe Versandkosten bezahlt, Ware zurückgeschickt und keinerlei Erstattung. Bitte seid vorsichtig, falls ihr was bestellen möchtet.
