Ordered and paid for a coat tried to track item next day website had been taking down.Sent several emails never had a single reply is company is a scam please,please ,please don't order from them you will only loose your hard earned money

Ordered something 15 days ago still waiting i went to go check on there website and its vanished ive contacted the shop app as there name is on my bank statement but they csnt do nothing about it.. scsm scam scam scam

I bought a jacket from Kova London which was a fake they refused a cash refund they are also a partner of Old London who also sell fake goods

Got in touch to enquire about late delivery. I was sent an e mail that had been sent to me 11 days earlier. Requested refund and was told delivery was 2 to 4 days away. This was clearly a lie. Buy from this company at your peril and good luck with a refund.I have reported to credit card supplier.Edit. To be fair to this company, I received a full refund today.4/11 2025.

I ordered a mens jumper and was informed it was 'on its way'. Having chased my delivery it appears it has still not been dispatched 8 days later. I have asked for a full refund but I have only been offered a 20% discount off my next order. I do not trust this firm. There website claims 2500 reviews at 4.5 stars. It is clearly fake.

I requested a refund and return address to Old London selling the same products and I assume it’s the same company.
I didn’t receive an answer and after repeated tries I received an offer to replace the tops with a bigger size (the only problem with the order was the fact the sleeves were 5 inches shot)at £12 each delivery and as the tops were only £23 pounds each it was not acceptable.
I sent photos and details and received nothing so I sent them to the place of the order Blackpool.
After repeated emails the offered me 20% for my trouble which I refused and I am now issuing proceedings to recover my money.
I’m probably wasting my time and money and I don’t care if I lose all my costs but someone needs to stop this type of trading.
For some reason Techfry Ltd are now corresponding.

The Company is definitely a scam
The two garments I ordered were incorrectly sized /fabric was rubbish/packaging was split on delivery/no care labelling
They hv offered 15 % refund
I am pursuing with Bank/ which Magazine etc

This is not a genuine company. I ordered a dress which never arrived. When I contacted them they offered me £40 credit and I agreed to order a rain coat for £49 an extra £9. When it arrived the quality was appalling with very large stitching, thin fabric and definitely not shower proof. The sizing was way out also.
The advertised shop in London does not exist and this is a scam. The reviews on the web site are not genuine. Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a dress based on the picture on their website and what I thought were genuine trustpilot reviews. It took nearly a month to arrive and was very disappointing. It looked nothing like the picture, poor quality fabric and fit. I requested a refund but they would not accept the dress back and gave me a 15% cash back which is not much good really as I still have a dress I can't wear. I have given them 1 star because they were quick to reply to my emails and very polite. Also, the shop that is pictured on their website does not seem to exist at all.

Be aware !!! This is a well organised fraudulent company.
My lawyer and bank are dealing with this matter.
