Good guys. Carl is very helpful with the sourcing side things. I bought a turn key with them last year and thought the whole process was very streamlined. The team at Kove are great. Super easy on boarding process. Assigned a property manager who deals with everything, responds to messages almost instantly and everything is really clear and simple.
"I found Kove's services fantastic finding me a tenant and ensuring everything was in place ready for them moving in. The tenants found them very efficient and they found me my ideal tenant type within days. Everything handled while I was away at work for 2 weeks and come home to happy new tenants. What a difference to previous experiences ive had with letting agents! This was the first time ive ever had a letting agent who actually got back to me promptly. The customer service we received was outstanding! Couldn't be happier or grateful for a stress free experience!
Kove took over our rented property this month and made the whole thing really smooth and easy to do they made it very simple to set up rent payments online and also sent us a welcome £10 Amazon voucher which was lovely.
Very responsive property manager, very communicative and quick to solve problems. Some minor issues with the emailing systems and the app sometimes but not too bad.
