Great quality style and delivery. My first man bag ! Bought for holiday to help against pickpockets. Not too big but great for passport, wallet and phone etc.

Having ordered a Humber 2.0 holdall on a Saturday I was notified the following Monday that it had been dispatched and given a Royal Mail tracking number. By the following Friday the tracker still said "we are expecting it". I contacted Kovered who confirmed that it had actually been dispatched but without hesitation arranged delivery of a replacement holdall which arrived the following day. Unfortunately the delivery was missing the luggage tag and padlock so I contacted Kovered again who immediately sent the items. Some may suggest that this hasn't been great service but I would argue that it is more important how a company deals with such issues and for that I cannot fault Kovered.
As for the holdall, it looks good, is a practical size and appears to be made from good quality materials but it is far too early for me to comment on its durability.

The service was good, but the bag arrived with marks on it. I couldn’t send it back as I needed it that day. The zip then came off from one of the external pockets. I spent £120 on what was meant to be a high quality bag but I don’t feel that’s what I got.

Outstanding service and top quality gear.
Already owning two bags from Kovered I had registered interest in the forthcoming Dane bag after seeing it advertised. I duly received an email on the day it was available, ordered the tan one and received it two days later. It is an excellent bag and perfect for carrying a camera.

The bag I bought is absolutely great, better than the photos's but Im absolutely chuffed with it.

I found Kovered just a few days before I was due to fly to Marrakech and had left it far too late to order a bag. After giving the team a call and explaining my situation, they couldn't have been more helpful. They offered to send it via 9am next-day delivery or let me collect it from their Cheshire office, which was only around 30 minutes away. That level of customer service really stood out.

The bag itself has been excellent. I used it every day for 10 days in the Marrakech heat, walking through the souks and dusty streets with my Olympus PEN-F, a couple of small lenses and a water bottle. It was comfortable to carry all day, felt secure thanks to the zip and magnetic closures, and the quality is exactly what I'd hoped for.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Great communication, great service and a brilliant product. I'm already looking at buying the Roe camera bag next.

This (Tyne crossbody) is the third bag that we’ve had from Kovered and I love it just as much as the others. It’s exactly what I wanted. A nice size for phone, glasses etc and sits perfectly front or back. Across the board these products are really well made and durable as well as looking great. Customer service also spot on - Abbi was a star when I contacted about a postage glitch. Highly recommend.

I bought an Eden backpack in green.
The Good.
Arrived promptly, well packaged. Quality looks very good and generally look well made.
The Bad.
The backpack is much smaller than it looks. Despite claims on the website it does not fit a standard 16" laptop. As my work Dell 15.6" laptop would not fit at all.
Return process was ok, however disappointed I did not receive a refund for postage and I had to pay the return postage myself.

I could not be more pleased with my Mersey messenger bag.
I looked for a long time and this one is perfect.
The delivery packaging and attention to detail is amazing.
Working on the patina ageing now.
