I had a really pleasant experience on gaining a new job through KPJ as Joe gave me good pointers in preparation for interview & an understanding of the company I was being considered for, what the company was looking for as a candidate plus any help & support I required leading up to & after interview. I got a call from a friend recommending I contact Josh at KPJ for a position a Avanti Conveyors. Very smooth in reregistering up, friendly and communitive. All through my 3 month probabtoin I was in contact with KPJ more to the point Josh, who even pop into Avanti for a face to face chat. Anyway 3 months down the line I'm now a permanent member of staff and to top it off in charge of stores, goods in.

I first dealt with KPJ back in the 1980's (the Joe Delibero days) when they got me my 1st contracting roll. I have been in touch with them ever since and not always when looking for a new position. Staff have changed through promotion and retirement a few times there i must say (nothing personnel Joe) the company has learnt and improved. When someone new answers the phone they are always interested and caring. The last few years my contact has been Gaul Turner and i can't thank her enough. When i contact agencies i generally i need to explain who i am and what my job is about. Not here. Gail (as i'm sure others there have) has taken the time to actually read my CV and understand mine and the potential clients needs. If i leave a message to be rung back, i am. It feels personal. I can also ring for a catch up chat. I am a person not just another stat. Thank you Gail. Thank you all

With all the agents from requitment agencies, KPJ was far ahead of the rest in my opinion and went above and beyond with communication and with placements.

Was looking for a local job after moving in with the girlfriend, as my then commute was long, KPJ said they could help. And they did. Symon kept me in touch with anything that was around, not the normal where you never hear from again. I’m now on a 12 week probation, many at the company have then gone on to full time. Symon keeps in touch with me just checking all’s well. Great agency, great staff.....why can’t all agencies be like this

Carla is a fantastic advocate for KPJ. She was fantastic with me, was genuinely understanding and listened to what I needed. The personal touch was different to any recruitment organisation that I have ever dealt with.
