Stay away from this company!

I have earlier ordered several signs from Kreativia, and on one of them the plexiglass front on a letter has broken. I’m trying to get an answer about whether it’s possible for them to make a new one, but it turns out to be very difficult to get a reply, and they does not bother to answere my email. I was even going to pay for it, but it's impossible to get an reply.
I have purchased quite a bit from them earlier, but it was very difficult to get both quotes and responses to emails back then as well, so it’s a bit unfortunate that when I needed many illuminated signs for larger chains, you didn’t even bother to reply, so I had to find other manufacturers who are a bit more professional. And it seems that this is still the case with you, since I can’t even get an answer to a very simple question. So i deeply recomend using another manufacturer, as Springmar or Baltic signs, who is very profesjonal companies.
