I ordered their 36$ blanket, 2 WEEKS AGO and it hasn't came, every email I sent was ignored or I got a reply saying "Your package will arrive shortly" do not order, I promise it's a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE. I emailed these people to let them know it was the wrong address and Ethal didnt reply until 5 days later! After the items were shipped. Then they finally answered and now ethal is telling me that the shirt that i ordered they dont have it. Wtf!! How is it that in the original order you sent all the items now u dont have the shirt! Horrible!!! I will never ever order from these people again!!

Bad Experience!

I ordered on 11/20/2024 and still have not received my items. I had to send two emails before they answered me and told me it had not even been shipped, it was still in fulfillment. I was told I would get an email when it ships. There is no reason for such horrible customer service, they are receiving my money and we are the customer, if you can’t be courteous get another job. I haven’t decided if I will cancel my order and let my grandson have the money I was spending to find something else, where he can actually receive it. DON’T buy from this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered Christmas gifts on November 20th -- 5 weeks before Christmas -- and paid over $200 plus exorbitant shipping fees. The gifts included holiday merch and holiday ornaments. Christmas has now come and gone and still, NO ORDER! I sent an email before Christmas inquiring about my order, and was informed that it takes 4-6 weeks for orders to be processed. Add to that the amount of time it takes to be processed in China and then clear U.S. Customs. Because these included Christmas gifts, I had to buy replacement gifts elsewhere. I paid over $200 and got nothing in return to date, PLUS I had to fork up even more money to find replacement Christmas gifts. What am I going to do with holiday merch and ornaments when the holidays are over?! This is infuriating! NEVER AGAIN! The company sure was very quick to take my money but didn't care about anything else after that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Listen to the reviews...do not buy.

Terrible customer service and worst shipping experience ever. I ordered my daughter the stuffed Krew merch she has asked for from last Christmas. Ordered at the start of December and paid $24 for shipping. Today is the 23rd and the order is still being processed with no timeline about how much longer processing would take. Was told after processing, it would still be another 2-3 weeks for shipping. No apology, no explanation, just a ... "do you want the order or are you going to cancel" ... email. I can't imagine the look on my daughter's face when she doesn't get these for Christmas. The items are already so expensive and the shipping charge is obviously even more of a rip off since it's not even shipped yet.

As a parent

As a parent, I wish I had paid attention to other reviews. I pre-ordered a hoodie for my daughter on August 8th. It was supposed to ship in October. It's now the end of November, and there has been absolutely no communication. No emails about delays, etc. I checked, and on the order/tracking page the item is listed as "backordered," with an estimated 6 to 8 weeks shipping time, even though it's currently listed on the website with no mention of a backorder status. (Not that it should matter if it's backordered now or not, as that is not how pre-orders work.) And, unfortunately, with the shipping company that they use, I doubt that it will be here by Christmas even if they were to ship it out today.

I have a very tight budget. If I need to buy my daughter a new gift, I will have to split the Christmas money I had saved for my 8-year-old. I've bought from other YouTubers with no issue. In the past, when money wasn't so tight, I bought from plenty of small businesses, Etsy, Kickstarter, etc. I had a board game delayed for almost a year. But there was always communication and a level of care involved, and that does make a difference. Krew just doesn't care. It's incredibly disappointing to see, considering their fanbase is largely younger children. (From what I have seen, at least.)

Well, they don't have to care. But obviously those of us making these purchases do. I would strongly, strongly advise against buying anything from this company that is a gift for a specific occasion. Personally, I won't be buying from them again, period.

I'm very angry with Krew

I'm very angry with Krew. I've ordered before and had no issues. This time it's been 7 weeks and items still have not yet been shipped. When I contacted the support, they just yelled at me to wait or get my refund. What kind of customer satisfaction is that? I honestly would.not spend a dollar on these ridiculous items ever. I o ly bought it beciase of my daughter's birthday, which was 4 weeks ago. And she still has no gift. She is upset and said she's going to be very angry if it doesn't come before the holidays. Even though my daughter still likes krew, I told her I'm never ordering anything from these guys ever her again. She's upset about that, but after this experience, I could care less.

In the end I requested the order be cancelled - they did - with absolutely no apology!! I had a deeply disappointed birthday girl - they should be ashamed. Not sure who is running the business side of things but 'Krew" should be embarrassed to put their name to such a shoddy operation. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Do not order from these guys, no accountability on shipping, the shipping service they use is awful, they say they delivered, but never knocked on our door and didn't leave the package by the door, they left it in the driveway and it was stolen. they took a picture of a hand holding the package in front of our garage. No idea where they put it, but not by the front door, as we have a ring camera and they never came by. It took us a week to get a store credit, then they charged us an extra $12 to ship out a replacement. They need to hold their shippers accountable. Not a serious or professional operation at all. We will never order from here again, even though our young daughters are big fans. In fact, I am going to ban them from all Krew videos, etc.. going forward. Really frustrating.

Don't buy anything at Krew District

Made an order February 5 2024 and immediately Krew District made sure to take the payment. Now more than 3 months later I still haven't received my order but they have my money (76 USD). Don't ever buy anything at Krew District

There are pros and cons.

Ordered my nine year old daughter a youth Funneh onesie. The price is a tad high, but the material itself seems of good quality. However, the sizing seems a bit off to me. I think my daughter will "drown" in the onesie. I am 5'10 and held it up to myself and it was only about two inches of ankle that would have shown. I ordered this on November 20th and at the two week mark emailed customer support for a status update. Warren James replied pretty generically and I was told it takes 2-3 weeks to ship, although I already knew this. On December 11th it was ready. On December 12th it shipped. I received it on December 18th. I do feel that the shipping could be faster, especially when you only order one item...That being said, I did receive the item I purchased online from their actual website and it was the correct product. It doesn't seem cheaply made, just extra long/off sizing for youth size.

I will most likely order from them again in the future if my child wants more merch. To anyone who is thinking of buying from them as a gift for birthdays/holidays, I would purchase 1-2 months early to make sure you receive it in time.

Still waiting!!

This company Warren James, that runs the site has no idea when anything is sent. It’s been 20 days and I have yet to receive any notification to tell me the order was processed. 20 days to process an order. What a nightmare.
I will never order from this site again. I can just imagine how bad the quality going to be if the customer service is this bad.
