Άμεση ανταπόκριση στην παραγγελία, άμεση ανταπόκριση στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, πολύ καλές τιμές συγκριτικά με άλλων, πολύ περιποιημένο και όμορφο πακέτο. Η παραγγελία ετοιμάστηκε και στάλθηκε αμέσως και μέσα σε 24 ώρες ήταν στην Ελλάδα. Τις υπόλοιπες 6 μέρες ήταν στην πόλη παράδοσης και το στέλνανε από κατάστημα σε υποκατάστημα βόλτες, πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι σε όσους αργεί το πακέτο είναι ξεκάθαρα ευθύνη ταχυδρομείου και όχι της εταιρείας. Είμαι ικανοποιημένη από το κατάστημα.

Η συσκευασία ήταν άψογη,τα προϊόντα υπέροχα και τα δωρεάν δείγματα μου έφτιαξαν την ημέρα!

I had ordered a plain BB cream on the 29th of April. I had contacted the customer service regarding my order which I STILL have not received to cancel my order. They declined my request twice and up to this date (26/05) I have not received a refund nor have I received my product. It can happen to any company to have a delay in delivery but it is unacceptable not to receive a refund after 1 month of delay AND not having the product.
