I received the product very fast and the quality of product and it's packaging was very good. The Earpiece cells worked only for 2 hrs but overall im very satisfied with the sound quality.

Best Hidden Earphone
I received the product very fast and the quality of product and it's packaging was very good.
The Earpiece cells worked only for 2 hrs but overall im very satisfied with the sound quality.

Regarding the earpiece battery, most nano earpieces are designed to operate for around 1.5–3 hours depending on usage conditions, volume level, and network environment. Your experience of around 2 hours falls within the normal operating range.

I tried to buy a Ruby scientific…
I tried to buy a Ruby scientific calculator (around ₹25,000) from this seller and honestly this became one of the most tiring buying experiences I have ever had.
The first and biggest issue — they DO NOT keep the calculator in stock.
They only arrange/import it after taking your payment. But this is not clearly explained before ordering. They say delivery will come in about 15–25 days, but in reality you should mentally prepare for more than one month, and sometimes even longer.
I kept waiting again and again but the product never came.
Communication is very frustrating. The website shows two phone numbers but most of the time nobody picks up. When they reply, they only say “we will update you when stock comes”and all . No date, no confirmation, nothing clear. You just keep waiting without knowing anything.
After waiting so long, they told me stock came. I immediately asked them to reserve one piece and even offered advance payment. They said yes. But after two days they said everything was sold out.
At that point it honestly felt like my time didn’t matter at all.
Since they could not provide the calculator, I asked for a refund.
They say refund processing takes 2–3 days, but in my case the money came after about 10 days to my credit card. During that time I was worried whether I would even get my money back. Because of this delay I lost ₹500 in credit card charges. One person told me he would return that ₹500, but he never did.
They talk politely, but actual service is the opposite — no commitment, no clear timelines, and constant waiting. The Ruby calculator seems to be out of stock most of the time and comes only in very small quantity. So even if you order, there is a big chance you will just keep waiting.
To be fair, the seller looks genuine and not a scam, so I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.
But the service quality is very poor and mentally exhausting.
Advice to buyers
Please understand carefully before ordering this calculator.
The estimated time they tell you is not reliable. Be ready to wait many weeks or even months.
This calculator goes out of stock very fast and they themselves may not know when it will come again. So only order if you have a lot of patience and you don’t urgently need it.
After getting frustrated with this whole process, I decided to buy the calculator from somewhere else. The experience there was completely different — everything was clear and transparent. From the day I ordered, they dispatched the product in about 3 days and it reached me in around 3–4 days. They also provide a direct 1-year warranty, while here only 6 months warranty was offered. Another important thing is they already keep stock in India, so there is no waiting for import, customs or uncertain arrival dates. Cash on delivery was also available, so no advance payment stress.
They will definitely reply here trying to defend themselves and say stock or delays are normal, but reality is the product stays out of stock most of the time and people end up waiting for months — sometimes even years (you can even see similar complaints in the comments on their YouTube channel), so don’t expect you’ll actually get it when they say you will
Overall: Genuine seller but extremely slow, uncertain and frustrating service, especially for the Ruby scientific calculator.

You are absolutely correct about one thing — this particular Ruby Scientific Calculator was not physically available in our ready stock at that time. During final testing of the available unit, we discovered a technical issue, and rather than shipping a faulty product, we decided to wait for fresh stock. Unfortunately, the incoming shipment faced unexpected customs clearance complications, and despite repeated efforts, we were unable to release the stock on time.
We agree that the delay went far beyond the expected timeline, and for that, we take full responsibility.
Regarding communication — we understand how repeated “we will update you” responses without a clear date can feel frustrating. The reality was that we ourselves did not receive a confirmed clearance timeline from the logistics side, and instead of giving incorrect commitments, we waited for clarity. However, we admit that the experience was not smooth for you.
On the refund matter — as soon as it became clear that we could not deliver within a reasonable timeframe, we processed a full refund. Credit card refunds sometimes take additional banking processing days, which unfortunately extended the timeline. That said, you should not have faced ₹500 in charges due to this delay.
We sincerely apologize for missing that reimbursement earlier. We are arranging the ₹500 transfer immediately and will ensure it is completed without further delay.
We would also like to clarify for future buyers reading this review:
• We are a genuine seller and never take payments without refund assurance.
• If any product faces unexpected stock or import issues, we always refund the full amount.
• We test products before dispatch to avoid sending defective units.
• Import-based products can sometimes face customs unpredictability, which is beyond seller control — but we acknowledge that better communication is our responsibility.
