I am very disappointed with the golden white roll. It is impossible to display it in the store in front of customers when the white color stands out from the outside. It is really disgusting, and it repels customers, so I am asking to return it and purchase another of the first type in its place.

Just had a weird email from them asking if I'd dropped off their marketing emails. To my knowledge I've not signed up for marketing emails or purchased from them so quite why they're emailing me I have no idea.

We wanted some tissue paper for wrapping presents. We called Kudos to ask which product to use and accepted their recommendation despite it being a lot more expensive than other suppliers who we had found. When the tissue arrived, we were very disappointed as it was very creased. I contacted Kudos to explain our disappointment but their only response was that I had ordered the wrong paper. When I explained that this was the product that they had recommended, their only response was 'sorry'.
