KUDU Nutrition Avis 24

Really great product and the subscription is so easy to manage. Would love to see some more perks/gifts as a long term subscriber, but all round really happy with the collagen/protein gels. Taste great. Help me to hit my macros and goals.

I’ve tried all the flavours and they are all great, peach and orange are my favourites. Very easy on the stomach too. I’ve been taking these for a while and find them much easier all round compared to the powdered collagen versions. If you want to add extra collagen protein to your diet, you can’t go wrong with this brand. Only change I’d make is to the delivery packaging- so much cardboard, which goes straight to recycling, got to be more efficient ways.

I’ve been using Kudu for 9 months now. I love it. The gel is the perfect consistency, the flavours are great and it’s so convenient you can take it anywhere. I haven’t missed a day in 9 months because of these factors. I have noticed a significant improvement in my hair, skin and nails.
Well done team, this is a great product that I have highly recommended to friends who now also use it.

Decided to try a Kudu at my local boots and I have to say I much prefer the flavour to the usual protein gels that I use. Nice to find a gel that prioritises collagen as well. Will definitely be looking into a subscription.

Edit after reading the reply from Kudu, which is an absolute lie. I'm a 50 year old woman with better things to do, I dont spam ads! I note that this company has also accused another user of spamming ads, further down the page.
As stated, I commented on one targeted ad, they replied then deleted my comment. I commented again asking them to re-reply as I couldn't see the response, they replied and then deleted again. As I said, I have the screen shots. What a horrible untruthful response.
So it seems what they mean is, it's 50% off the full price but only if you buy a subscription, which is already reduced. So it's not really 50% off a subscription. Perhaps a clearer answer when I first commented rather than rudeness might have achieved a better result for customer and business. Anyway, the product is also available in Boots, and there some other interesting reviews there. Please use the code on a subscription? After you accuse me of spamming ads? With this level of customer service? No thanks.
What I also find quite astonishing, is that a company with only a handful of reviews since 2025, suddenly has 5 new positive reviews in the last 15 hours, coincidentally since they replied to my negative review.

Original review:
I was going to place an order after a targeted Facebook add that offered me 50% off my first order using code AD24.
The subscription was £27.96. The code only gave £9.22 off the first months subscription, which is not 50%.
I placed a comment on the Facebook ad stating that the code doesn't give 50%, and they deleted my comment twice, of which I have the screenshots.
I'm very glad I didn't order. False advertising, unscrupulous methods.

I moved home recently. The website and the shopify app is delinked. When you changed the address in shopify and website, the only way to change address is to change via website without logging in via shopify. However, there is no clear guidance from the team on how to do so until the product is sent to an old address. Moreover, when you are using shopify and logging into the website, the login process is via shopify automatically. The team was not able to redirect the delivery.

The product is ok if expensive, but one of my subscription deliveries didn’t arrive, proof of delivery photo showed somewhere we didn’t recognise, I started making contact within minutes of receiving the delivered notification, to let them know it had not arrived here and had been delivered wrongly, Royal Mail say the sender must contact them, it’s 2 weeks later and I have to keep chasing both Royal Mail and Kudu - all they offer is to discount my next purchase! They used Royal Mail tracked and it got delivered wrongly and they are not chasing it up, they won’t even refund! Not to be trusted.

Update - I have now been refunded for the delivery that went astray. I’ve been told they are now chasing Royal Mail so watch this space.

Further update - the parcel has been found and had been wrongly placed by the delivery driver. I will get in touch to pay again for the parcel.

Was blocked by the customer service on fb for proving that that 50% code isnt actually that! Screenshots available to prove all this! Not really that great customer service cant even imagine what be like if u bought the product and had issues

I’m only coming to write a review here because my comments on their Facebook posts keep getting deleted. Flavour isn’t as good they make out, but it is edible if you eat it slowly.

I had a delivery issue and I contacted the company and they resolved it in minutes. Would highly recommend :-)

Excellent flavours, taste and now their customer service!

Decided to try these after seeing some ads and checking Trustpilot and Facebook reviews, as been looking for a way to improve my protein intake. Low reviews around but took a gamble, and glad I did. I ordered a pack of the sour cherry and a pack of the orange. They came with a 'free gift' - a sample box with all three flavours. It's a shame these aren't available to order, as I was unsure which flavour to go for and I would have ordered a couple of sample boxes 'first' to have confidence in my choice. As it is, very pleased with them. Prefer the orange to the sour cherry, it has a bit more of a natural taste, and I found the texture slightly better too, but like both thankfully! Not tried the peach yet. Overall very pleased and they'll be great for days when my protein hasn't hit where I need it to!
