I am someone that uses glue on lash strips often. I actually found these harder to get on than glue on ones. So you know how everyone’s eyes are different and you need to cut accordingly? Well there is only one shape to this lashes. When I put it on the corners don’t come close enough so they aren’t very secure on the edges. It is not easy to get them on and I feel like it kind pulls at my natural lash when taking them off so it doesn’t come off nicely either. The shipping was fine I had no issues with the actual company. Packaging was cute. I thought if I was in a rush I could use this but it just takes longer so I haven’t really used it so $50 down the drain really.

I am a big fan of Kulan lashes!! Ngl magnetic lashes always have mixed reviews so i was hesitant at first but i'm pleasantly surprised by the application. I was ready to sit infront of the mirror for an hour trying to get the hang of it but to my surprise, it clipped on perfectly just like the videos! My tip is to watch their tutorial and release the applicator gently in a semi-circle motion. I receive lots of compliments on my lashes and I'm already looking for my next style to purchase! Has made getting ready so much easier as a corporate girl

Poor product quality and misleading business practices. My lashes began falling apart within two weeks—the magnets detached and the hairs shed significantly. Additionally, my order was incomplete, requiring three weeks of persistent follow-up to resolve.

Prospective customers should be aware that this company appears to curate its website reviews, as my 1-star rating which included a photo of the lashes half bald was never published. I suggest looking for third-party reviews for a more honest representation of their products.

SCAM please do not order anything from this company!! Ordered in AUGUST OF THE LAST YEAR, emailed them multiple times since then, no reply… messaged them on instagram, commented under their videos, and guess what? THEY BLOCKED ME!!! Do not buy from them, total scam

I've actually never left a Trust Pilot review before but I've decided to write one here because I truly believe that this brand deserves commendation, and the negative reviews on here are genuinely shocking to me.

Maybe some people received a faulty product? But I saw some people saying that they "don't work" and I think that is honestly an application error, because the magnets need to be facing each other or they won't magnetise. I was able to figure it out pretty easily by watching their tutorial, but when I gave it to my mum to try she was pretty confused at first so I do see how some people may think they don't work initially. But they definitely do work super well, and my mum has never used lashes before she was able to apply them perfectly after a couple tries.

Ive bought over 5 pairs of Kulan lashes now, they are the best magnetic lashes I've ever tried. I have very sensitive eyes so I can't use lash glue and this is honestly the solution I've been looking for. I've tried Wosado lashes before but their styles just aren't that nice for me personally, they dont really stay on either and break easily. Kulan lashes has so many different options and each pair lasts me 3+ months. Their customer support team is amazing too, I've had an order get lost in transit - it wasn't even their fault and they offered to ship it to me for free. So Kulan has really earned a loyal customer for life with me.

I've tried many other magnetic lash brands, and I've found kulan to be the best quality. The mirror case comes in handy and i never have to reapply given it doesn't come off until you actually want to take them off. It works really well for me, i don't really use anything else anymore- a holy grail in my makeup, i feel less panicked about applying lashes now

Lashes do work but take practice! I was skeptcial of buying due to other reviews but I’m glad I did as they now take me only a few seconds to apply and I AM NEVERR going back to lash glue!! I think it all comes down to folllwing the tutorial properly and proper placement, the lash itself is very natural and pretty. I do recommend

Wanted to give Kulan Lashes a positive review as I know how products can be among customers when there is a learning process. I was skeptical when I purchased the lashes as I have HORRID experiences with magnetic lashes online before. When I first tried the lashes on, I actually emailed customer service and complained as the lashes weren’t attaching to my eyes and stuck to the applicator. Turns out that was my mistake (bit embarrassing 😅😅) the magnets have to be facing eachother to apply and there is a a card with a QR code to tutorial which they put in your order, I just don’t seem to be able to follow instructions properly :/ after about 10-15 minutes of fiddling around I was able to apply the lashes seamlessly and they did indeed clip on in 3 seconds!!! Very uncomfortable and much cuter and high quality than other brands I’ve tried. The magnets are very STRONGG I lift at the gym everyday and have trained in them (high intensity) with no issues at all. Also customer service was so lovely when I was mad at them because of my own user error

They aren't easy to apply, they get stuck on the applicator so I'm not sure how to apply them

The lasehes look really bad and sit wayy out from your lash line. They also don't post negative reviews from verified customers... pretty dodgy/misleading business practice imo.

HORRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!

Ordered lashes on 2nd of MARCH. Didn’t go ANY email confirmation, ANY information about my order shipping details.Immediately after I ordered sent them email about having to move out another house at March 12th to ask about changing my address telling them the date when I will move out. Didn’t receive ANY SINGLE answer. I didn’t receive any tracking update or any sort of updates about my order. Even tho I moved out from my old house I still went to the mail box and still checked it (hopefully the new people living there were okay with that) and nothing come. I was checking the mail box until yesterday and it’s been JUNE 17th HELLO??? Now my package got shipped back, I lost my money and they still don’t reply to any email. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY
