I first found this company when they "seemed" to have an item in stock that I wanted from another provider. At first I felt skeptical because the price was lower and the website seemed quite bare-bones with no meaningful point of contact clearly and readily available, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt because the product was something I had wanted for a while. As a customer I expected adequate information about my order, easy to read terms & conditions, updates about my tracking and good support; if you've seen the rating you'd probably rightly guess that I recieved none of that. The tracking was completely wrong most of the time, and it never updated; the website states I can use the "tracking number" to get updates, but there was no tracking number ever provided. The terms & conditions were poorly labeled and felt like navigating a maze that the company just didn't feel like writing at all. The support was non-existent for weeks after my purchase until I mentioned a chargeback, and even then I was given "copy-paste" answers of 'just use your tracking number'.
After all of that, my thinking is that they never had the item in stock in the first place; but wanted to stretch the issue out as long as possible. They just randomly issued a refund one day with no explanation or communication. I still can only conjecture about what happened, because I had no contact with them about the issue.

Since August 7, 2025—the date of my 'purchase'—I contacted the Kuru support team to ask for assistance regarding my order; to date, my concerns were not acknowledged, and my product was never received. I recently got a hoodie, the design is really cute but the quality is not the best. It feels and looks polyester and the print on design is easy to come off after a couple washes. Plus the lint balls are becoming more and more! However, Kuru Store reached out and quickly resolved the issue. They offered a refund or a new hoodie to fix my problem. They are an excellent company with absolutely great costumer service. I highly recommend this company!

The sizing was completely off, it was not oversized at all. I used the sizing chart as a reference and it was still incorrectly sized. I emailed my frustration to the email provided and never received a response back. I feel scammed!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE I paid £34 for a snoopy hoodie on the 6th June and have waited 3 weeks and still cannot trace my order despite contacting customer services several times. I provided an invoice number and an order ID and they said they would get back to me but they never did. My invoice number is bcbbad-157265 I demanded a full refund and still heard nothing back.
