Absolute scam!!

Absolute scam!!! The business address is a medical company, and this is a sideline business. Offer a good price on receiving pictures etc. You send the item at your expense, they have it for 5 days, you chase them. They send you a final offer price, in which my case was a third of the original offer. You argue with them, they then double that offer, you accept. They ask you to leave 'nice reviews' and you get an extra £10. Then!!! They email you saying they can't authenticate the bag and will send it back at their expense because they know you're onto them. They don't authenticate the bags when they get them, they offer a seriously reduced offer when they get the bag in the hope you accept. They said they use outside authenticators and they couldn't authenticate a bnwt Mulberry Handbag which cost £1500 a year ago. Offered £460, then £139, then £300, then couldn't authenticate it. Stay away from them!!! PLEASE!!!

As is standard in the luxury resale industry, your initial quote was based on the images and information provided, and therefore indicative. Once your item arrived, a separate internal team carried out a physical review, which led to a revised offer — a process designed to ensure fairness and accuracy. In your case, we escalated the matter to our management team as a gesture of goodwill, and the revised quote was accepted.

Final authentication only begins once the quote is approved. Your item was unfortunately returned as “high risk / unable to verify” due to its characteristics, and in the absence of supporting documents like receipts or authenticity cards, we were unable to proceed further. As a responsible platform, we must ensure all products meet verification standards for the protection of future buyers.

Throughout the process, we maintained transparent communication and, as a further goodwill gesture, waived your return shipping fee. As the KYM parcel collection had already passed that day, we arranged expedited, fully insured return shipping through our parent company to ensure your item was returned safely and without delay.

We regret that this outcome was disappointing but remain confident in the integrity and fairness of our process. If you have further questions, our customer service team is always here to assist.

I really don't like leaving reviews but this has really made me mad because i hate unethical companies who make money on unfortunate people. If I was trying to sell this bag fast, would have agreed to this price which many people will do and guess what they will make over 100% profit. One word DISGUSTING!
