Pain easement

Immediate Relief

More then 10 minutes. Light keeps flashing. Discouraged and thinking of returning this item.

Stiffness Diminished
I use Kyroback each day for 10 min. as directed for about 6 weeks now. I've noticed that the severe stiffness in my lower back has been much less the past few days. I shall continue in hopes of getting the pain in my mid-back to decrease as well.

I have had lower back problems for many years with a compressed L-4. Using the Kyrobak 10 minutes a day has eliminated my lower back pain.

No more "Spikes" in my lower back!
I thought I would give Kyrobak a try and it seems to be working. I have owned the Kyrobak for 2 months and using it once a day for the 10 minute workout. It seems to be working because I would typically get a sharp "Spike" once in a while in my lower back. I always stretch in the morning, but now use the Kyrobak in the late afternoon. I'll continue using it.
