I purchased a pair of boots from this company. Weren't suitable emailed them to let them know, they then sent me the return procedure which I followed meticulously. Stupid enough to send the boots back to them, that was November 2022, I am yet to receive my promised refund. I emailed numerous times tried to phone them theres an answering service everytime i call and to be received an automated email saying that it's being sorted out.
They have since changed the company name to Novedua. I emailed that email address to still not hear back from these people. Quick to take your money, they're a scam. Do not buy from either companies.

This company are now advertising under the name of Novedua. Don,t buy from them the sandals are not as advertised. I have contacted them several times to get a returns label and refund, they don't reply and all the emails have disappeared from my sent box. Be very careful.

Sandals that I ordered in October never arrived, (which was the fault of the courier), but absolutely useless service since, endless emails telling me to be patient without any actual information and now they've just stopped replying altogether. Still no shoes, still no refund.

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam and keep changing their company name on social media platforms. They are advertising now as Novedua.
I have tried for 6 months to get my money back, they just ignore you. Google their address, its invalid.

I'd give this company a negative 5 if I could. They have terrible service and are unresponsive. It says on their website that they offer returns, but yet when I returned it, I received no updates, continuously followed up and have not received a refund (probably won't). It's been 4 months of continuous follow-up. I've just received an undeliverable email now. Do not buy from this company.

Noveduo-Scam? The order went wrong and i was over-charged. Received dodgy messages with discounts. Tried to cancel immediately and it said i had 4 hours to amend an order. I couldnt.They dont answer phone calls or emails. Weeks later i got the wrong order and there was no way to return it, no address or anything.
Avoid this company and all associated with it. I have informed my bank as it may be fraud. I blocked the card as a precaution. I wish i had read these reviews before ordering.

Amazing sandals. Appalling customer service. I’ve now got three pairs of boots that don’t fit. Can’t return as no one responds then they claim it’s past the 15 days. Which is against the law. Didn’t even want a refund just an exchange. Please note that they have now changed their name to Novedua.

I ordered some boots, cheap quality and bad fit so I asked to return. I've sent them back, paying the postage and provided them with a photo of it parceled up and the proof of purchase. No refund!!! So I've paid for the boots, and the postage and have no boots. 😡

Awful company! Sandals didn’t fit and no details on how to return them. Have tried to contact them via email, phone, Facebook and Instagram and no one replies. They do reply to you on social media if they think you’re a new customer and keen to buy, but as soon as you want a return address they ignore you.

I bought 2 pairs of boots & it's like wearing slippers & I bought trainers for work, which are very comfortable, I'm on my feet 8 hrs a day, I'm one very happy customer

Do not buy from this company! Did the sizing as suggested on their fb page but trainers too big! Have sent two emails but no reply!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered two pairs of trainers, one of which they sent the wrong size! No paperwork or way of returning. I have emailed them on three separate occasions and still no reply.

I wish I could give this company no stars. I have been trying to get a refund for days now. NONE of their contact details work at all. There is no customer service at all. I would not buy from this company with such a bad service

I ordered trainers but quality was not as expected, tried to contact the company for a returns address. They did get back to me offering 50% off if I keep them and gift them to a friend or family. I replied saying no I would rather return for a full refund and give me a returns address. Haven’t got back to me since. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

Ordered trainers, it took nearly a month to receive them, I didn’t like them so wish to return them. However, there are no return instructions to be found and they don’t reply to my emails. I’ve been trying for over 2 weeks now. Poor service that’s for sure!

I ordered a pair of the trainers from here. My order arrived, the wrong size, one shoe damaged and a horrendous smell of chemicals. Shoes arrived in a ziploc bag!! All contact before delivery was from Laurent Guillaud, as soon as my order arrived, all communication received had been changed to a new company name - Novedua!!!
Tried to contact via email, by phone and through their website - no response!!! They advertise a 100% money back guarantee so I will be dealing with the refund through the fraud team of my bank!!!

I ordered a pair of trainers but they are too small. I have contacted the company by phone but was told to email which I did but after 5 emails I still have no response.
I have just realised that in fact the wrong size has been delivered so I emailed again only for it to be undeliverable.
I am so cross.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have a pair of shoes which are huge and uncomfortable, I am unable to obtain a refund due to no returns policy being published or enclosed with the delivery. They do not reply to emails, phone, message via their website, Facebook or Instagram, although I have noticed they do reply to questions regarding purchases so it must be they chose not to provide returns instructions
