5 stars! I can’t thank La Gent enough for their incredible customer service. I ordered an item as a gift and realised I needed it delivered quickly, plus I’d forgotten to select gift wrapping. I emailed them, asking if they could expedite the delivery and add the wrapping. They responded to my email almost instantly and had the item delivered, perfectly gift-wrapped the very next day! I was blown away by their speed and attention to detail. They have such quirky, unique items—you can find something special for anyone. Amazing company, fantastic service. I’ll definitely be shopping here again for presents. Thank you!

items didn't arrive on time, when asked for delivery updates as the package was showing as being in a depot for 4 days the customer service was rude and unhelpful.

Love it. Lots of fun and will look fabulous with the salt and pepper set.

My only reservation is that it’s large, which is great but as a result heavy & you lift the top off by the chimney, so I expect we will have to treat it gently.

Nice perfume, love the handbag size. It’s smells good, but it is subtle, doesn’t seem to last that long. Maybe the oil would be better?

I have written two reviews on the product supplied by La Gent. As a company, I cannot fault them. La Gent offers Good communication, fast postage and excellent prices.

The items were delivered carefully and were packaged very well. However the delivery date given was incorrect, and even though this wasn't really a problem, a new estimated delivery date wasn't given and I had no update until the items had been shipped.

First thing to say is how beautiful La Gent etched glasses are. We just bought 2 different designs of champagne glasses and they are gorgeous. 2nd is to say how fabulous La Gent's customer service is. One glass arrived broken and it has since been promptly replaced.
