Great support service
I’m a freshly started record label, and I need to be credible in front of majors. I made a list of criteria I absolutely couldn’t get over, like a great analytic system, Dolby Atmos releases (affordable, of course), Apple Motion Covers, and so on. But the most important thing is a support that truly listens to you.
Well, I didn’t know it was possible, but LabelGrid, and especially Pete, made me forget about my big list. Their support is really great and fast ; I upset my past distributors because they didn't listen to me, they answered with pre-fabricated responses and it didn't feel natural at all.
Now things are different, and we'll see where this new adventure takes us.

Easy to use and well developed
Well developed, easy to use and the team work incredibly hard to right things if you run into any issues. Highly recommend it for any label or artists looking for an all encompassing distro and promotions system that works.

The labelgrid team are really helpful and usually reply super promptly anytime I've had a query or issue.
The cms they provide has made massive strides in the last year or so and as an affordable means to self release or run a label, I highly recommend them.

It has many features to best customize its releases and the team is constantly working in progress to bring in new ones.
We were pleasantly impressed with the very short wait times for support and the friendliness and professionalism.

Soy usuario desde hace 3 meses y aunque parece difícil pero es un autoservicio. En mi dificultad con el idioma creo que las configuraciones son diferentes al traducirlas. Volveré a reseñar en un tiempo. Yo lo recomiendo porque el soporte es muy amistoso. En cuanto a la distribución he enviado a tiendas en cuestión de minutos y otras tardan días. En fin vamos a esperar la experiencia en cuanto a la pasarela de pago.

A month-long delay is not normal for LabelGrid when a release is eligible, and all required information is provided.
When a release does not go live for an extended period, it is typically because it was flagged during compliance review, required rights verification, or the account and release was blocked due to policy issues. In those cases, the content is not delivered to DSPs.
We also want to be transparent for anyone reading: we asked the reviewer for the basic details needed to verify the account and release (account email and UPC/ISRCs), but we never received them, so this claim cannot be validated and does not reflect a verified LabelGrid release experience.
