Der letzte drecksladen . Man bekommt keine Ware , man bekommt keine Antwort und Geld zurück gibt es auch nicht . Im August 2025 bestellt . Bis heute nichts . Anzeige bei der Polizei ist raus . Lasst bloß die Finger von diesem Verein .

Ordered end of August 2025, got nothing. Wrote to customer support, they assured me they will ship soon. Nothing happened. Eventually I disputed the payment at my online bank. Submitted all the mails to and from, and said I never got the package. Still have not. But here is the worst: once Mastercard disputed the payment they charged me again! So now I paid twice for NOTHING and even the bank could not help me (yet).

If I could give zero stars I would it is over 6 months now and I have still not received my order or had a reply to my last message sent to customer service

Bestellt, bezahlt und nie etwas bekommen. Keine Reaktionen und Links zur Bestellung sind nicht mehr aktuell.

Definitiv sind das Betrüger! Ich habe bestellt Ende Juli und wurde immer wieder vertröstet mit irgendwelchen E-Mails. Ich habe mein Geld jetzt zurückgefordert, aber das sehe ich wahrscheinlich auch nicht wieder.

Bestellung getätigt… Versand einige Tage danach bestätigt und es kam NIE etwas an.
Das Geld ist weg…

Betrügershop. Seit Monaten warten wir auf die Ware und die Kommunikation wurde mittlerweile komplett eingestellt.
Eskalation über unsere Bank läuft.

I ordered two labubu’s and an outfit for my younger sister for Christmas. I ordered this in august and it still hasn’t arrived!! I missed the parcel once and they should’ve tried to deliver it again. I spent over £80 and I have emailed several times. I have begged for refunds and I have emailed saying I will be taking legal action. Absolutely disgusting and is a scam, do not order from this website they are just taking your money!!

Ordered in July for September birthday. Chased in August no response. Chased in September got a response saying waiting shipment.

Chased again in November. No response. Obviously a fake site. Now need to get my money back!!

Das dieser Onlineshop nicht mehr zu finden ist gehe ich davon aus er wurde gelöscht oder entfernt. Ende August bestellt für mein Sohn und bis heute nichts Email kam im September das die ware in zwei Tagen da sein müsste. Wo auch immer sie ist aber bei mir kam nichts an.

Seit 3 Monaten hab ich ein Labubu bestellt,noch immer gar nichts erhalten und natürlich keine Antwort auf meine Emails...

Ordered two Labubu. Nothing for a month. Chased customer service and did get an email saying they were shipping. One month later…. Nothing.

Do not use this company. Absolutely disgusting the way they are treating their paying customers. I put in an order on the 30th August for $177 and still no order and still no reply from this appalling company.

Do not order through here. Emailing support and get no response or update. Order placed on the 31st August and no information.

Ware Ende August bestellt und bezahlt. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation und einer sich in heißer Luft aufgelösten Beteuerung von Händlerseite, dass alles bald auf den Weg gebracht würde (dies ist nun bereits einige Wochen her!), ist die Bestellung bis heute nicht verschickt worden. Mittlerweile muss davon ausgegangen werden, dass dies wohl auch nicht mehr geschieht.

I ordered some Labubu Dolls for Christmas presents on 4 Sept 25 via the Shop App. I received confirmation of the order by email. By 1 Oct the order was still processing as in my Shop App. I then emailed Labubu Mundi, no response. I emailed Shop 1week later on 8 October who just forwarded the email to Labubu Mundi. There has been no response to emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. HOW TO GET A REFUND IS NOT CLEAR. My order still says its processing.

Einen Stern weil nicht weniger geht. Wie viele andere Ware bezahlt und seit über 2 Monaten nichts gehört. Reagieren nicht auf Emails. Also bitte: Finger weg, das sind Betrüger.
