Very easy shopping experience. Customer service handled my issue with just a quick chat. Had to sent item back and get a much larger size. I wear a 14-16 top and 16-18 in jackets/coats. I had to order a 5xl 😱 the jacket is beautiful, soft and just what I was looking for. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only due to the sizes being super small.

Love the bolero, getting married in New York in February and need something which would cover my arms/shoulders but not cover the detail on my dress and this is perfect. I ordered a larger size based on the reviews but in actual fact I found it too big. Looking forward to wearing it.

Ordered and item came quickly. Was wrong size so returned it and ordered larger. No problem whatsoever and all very quick.

Through countless searches I stumbled upon this site and thank god I did because I probably wouldn’t have worn a veil on my wedding day . Initially I ordered 2 veils of different styles in white and when they arrived I was so impressed with the quality unfortunately they where too white for my diamond whitish dress . I quickly ordered another veil in ivory colour with next day delivery. Veil arrived in time and what a relief it matches my dress perfectly. Lacey bell Shop is truly a life saver and I will definitely be recommending this site to friends and family 🙂

Great online experience - garment was lovely. Had to return unfortunately because the style didn’t suit me .... it was stunning, and I was gutted! They couldn’t be more helpful. Lovely range of bridal items too so something to suit everyone!

The website was simple and easy to use and the service was good but the quality of the product I received was very poor. I paid 62.00 for a faux fur bolero jacket for my winter wedding and what I received was a very poor quality jacket made of very cheap material. The arms were absolutely massive on the size I ordered but the chest measurement was suitable. It just wasn’t very well made and I won’t be using this company again I’m afraid.

I have been searching endlessly for a jacket to wear for my winter wedding. I had previously bought something elsewhere but had been disappointed with the quality of that item so returned it. I resumed my search and eventually came across Lacey Bell Shop.

The website is nice and easy to navigate and I looked at about 6 jackets before settling on one. The price was reasonable, as was the delivery options (it came quickly too) and the pictures looked nice but sadly, once again, I was personally disappointed with the product I had ordered.

I opted for white instead of ivory but it was a very cheap white. The sizing seemed OK; it was a little too big for me but I had to order a size up (12) as it wouldn't seem to let me order a 10 at the time so I had expected it to not fit quite right. However I was just not happy with the overall look and feel of the jacket. The faux fur also seemed to shed a little because it was noticeable on the top I tried it on over.

Sadly I have since sent the jacket back for a refund so hope that this is an easy process.

My item arrived really quickly and although I was nervous about ordering from an online site I had no need to be. The quality of the garment is excellent, the fit is good and it made me feel gorgeous when I tried it on. A perfect accessory to add something special to my dress and I can’t wait to wear it on the day.

I ordered about 6 wraps / boleros to wear with my wedding dress as they look lovely on the website. However they are poorly made, such low quality. They reminded me of Santa hats! What made it worse is that I had to pay £6.10 to return them. I will not by buying Lacey bell again

Good quality veil and such good priced. I didn’t want an expensive veil as I knew I wouldn’t be wearing it all day/night but didn’t want a cheap looking one and this definitely was not cheap looking. I would Absolutely recommend this site.
