The best part of Ladder Internships is that I get to intern at a company of my choice. Ladder Internships was an amazing opportunity for me to find a company that I like and intern at.

Their financial aid is amazing, it allowed me and many other talented kids to join for free due to our financial circumstances.

The internship process is great, you have meetings with your company manager and work together to grow the company. Every week we fill out a form to Ladder Internships to keep track of our progress and to make sure we are progressing smoothly.

Fantastic Experience with Ladder Internships!

I recently completed an internship through Ladder Internships, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. From the start, the team was incredibly supportive, helping me find a placement that perfectly matched my interests and career goals. The process was smooth and well-organized, with regular check-ins to ensure everything was going well.

The internship itself was outstanding. The exposure to real-world challenges was exactly what I needed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application.

My experience!
First of all, interview in application process was my first interview ever and turned out to be very nice and comfortable. After I got accepted, I was matched with a company where I would do my internship based on my experience and the strengths I mentioned in the interview. Then, there was onboarding-also comfortable and informative. It gave me introductory information about internship and my internship company. I'm still doing my internship and I like it! Every week I have a call with the company I'm interning for and then I fill out a form. We always keep in touch and if there are any problems you can always write about it.

Ladder provides amazing hands-on experience and tons of opportunities to work in collaboration with other interns. Mentors and other staff members are incredibly helpful and friendly, always there to make sure I don't feel lost. The onboarding process helped me to become familiar with the objectives of my internship program, so I felt confident about what I was going to do. I would absolutely recommend this program to any high schooler interested in their first internship.

I have loved being able to experience what it will be like to work in the field I dream to work in. Doing this internship, it allows people of many different ages to experience the work field they want to work in, and learn many valuable new things such as time management, and stress management. I have really enjoyed doing an internship with ladder and I will recommend it to others.

The project manager is very helpful and provides plenty of assistance in the transition to a work environment. In addition, the workload is fair and involves real application of concepts, not just busywork.

I loved working with the Ladder Internships! This is such a unique company that gives interns such a unique opportunity - the chance to work with a real company and have all the work you do make a difference.

During my experience with Ladder, I learned so many new skills and experienced working with a more professional mindset.

My favorite part about working with Ladder Internships was that any time I reached out to the company, I got an in-depth response very quickly. I never felt like I was stuck on something that I couldn't manage.

I’m one month into my internship, and I only have positive things to say about Ladder Internships. Ladder provides experiences for high schoolers that most companies do not offer, and the company has been organized, informative, and engaging throughout the whole process. Working with my assigned company has really shown me what the business world is like, and I will be recommending them to my friends!

It's been a good experience thus far and quite valuable. Ladder does a relatively good job in matching a person to an internship and the managers are really nice and accommodating, as well as good on giving clear instructions for deliverables without overwhelming you.

I think that Ladder Internships is a great program for getting a firsthand experience of working on projects of your interests. It's amazing how I got matched with a start-up company that aligns with my interests, and that I get to meet the CEO and other peers to work on my project. I would definitely recommend this program, as this experience lets you explore your interests and gain knowledge through an experience of interning for a company.

Engaging in the Ladder Internship program was one of the best decisions I made over the summer. Not only was it a great opportunity for me, considering the lack of internships available in my country, but it was a valuable learning experience. I matched with Kado Networks, a start-up focused on making networking easy, where I was tasked to create an e-commerce platform from scratch using my existing skill set. Throughout this internship, I had the honor of being mentored by Patricia Recarte, the CEO of Kado Networks, who provided feedback that helped with my success

My internship with Personal Remedies has been an incredible learning experience, I’ve focused on updating old food articles and delving into the relationship between illnesses and nutrients. This deep research is not only fascinating but also crucial for providing accurate, personalized diet suggestions.
The supportive and educational environment at Personal Remedies has been exceptional. The team’s guidance has refined my research skills and deepened my understanding of nutrition science. Additionally, Ladder’s role in matching my interests with this internship has been instrumental and their initial training and ongoing support have made me feel well-prepared and confident.
Overall, this internship has reinforced my passion for health and nutrition, equipping me with valuable skills and insights for my future career.

I am currently a month into the internship, and so far, it's everything I expected. During the company matching process, the ladder internship team kept me apprised of possible companies and catered to my wants. The internship has been a great experience and helped me explore my desired career more.

This was my first time doing an internship, and I think Ladder Internships did a great job of selecting a start-up, Balance Cash, that aligned with my talents and interests. My mentor, Bree Thomas, guided me through the whole process and provided me with feedback frequently. I learned many valuable skills that will help me succeed in my next internship and future career in the business industry.

Personally Ladder Internships makes all the hard parts of finding an internship easy. Rather than spamming professors and emails, Ladder Internships instantly places you with a start-up where you know what you’re doing. Then you get to personally meet the CEO and work alongside peers to help their organization.

Ladder Internships is an absolutely amazing experience. In my opinion, the best way to get real experience, that would actually be valuable for college and for future jobs, would be from real internships and experience, not courses or classes. Ladder Internships put me in a right company that aligned with my inrests, and I had a lot of fun. imo id recommend it a lot for ambitious and intellectual students.

Initially, I partook in this experience purely for the recognition and to polish off my college résumé. However, throughout my experience, I met some truly amazing people and found a project that I am incredibly passionate about. 5/5 Stars ⭐
