The photos I received from Lafayette were fantastic! I had digital downloads where a small part of the photo wouldn’t load/display, Emma managed to sort this issue for me in a very short time. Customer experience has been brilliant - credit to the team this company has!

Matriculation photo for my daughter's college out of focus and poorly mounted, not flat. Strange scrolls surrounding the text that look inappropriate. Website is confusing and difficult to navigate.

Lafayette Photography were amazing made my son’s graduation so special. The photographer caught his essence perfectly. The photo’s are exceptional quality and their package deals made it affordable so I could share them with my large family. Thank you taking your time in capturing our memorable moments. My son had his graduation in Maynooth University. His photos were taken by Lafayette. I have to say the girl taking them was excellent I can't remember her name she was so good, she did not rush us, she made sure we were all standing in the right place.

Excellent experience—very smooth process with fast delivery

We ordered my daughter's matriculation photographs but had problems with Lafayette's web site. We then had to contact them by phone, which is expensive as we live abroad, and it took a number of attempts before we could finally place our order. It was a problem with Lafayettes ordering system, not ours, which they admitted it was not our fault. Unfortunately, the lady who took our calls was extremely rude, which soured our whole experience. I guess they have the monopoly, and it shows in their "customer service".
