Flowers delivered two days too late

I ordered flowers to
Be delivered on my mothers 70th birthday and they never arrived. I wasn’t able to be with her and this gesture was a way of expressing our love for my mother and regret that we couldn’t celebrate with her. The flowers eventually were delivered late on Tuesday 14th by which point she had already had to leave to go back home. Fleer de luxe have have no phone number and their email communication is slow. Additionally I have been told that as the flowers were already delivered we cannot have a refund or a replacement so someone out there has my mother’s flowers….60 pounds later… I do not recommend this business if you’re expecting flowers to arrive on the day you have requested. So so disappointed and shocked that they don’t seem to understand being 2 days late to deliver flowers is unacceptable.

Highly recommend!

La Fleur De Luxe is one-of-a-kind, real long-lasting roses that are high quality and smell amazing! I recently received a beautiful round box of roses and was deeply impressed and felt so loved and touched. The packaging is exquisite! I cannot wait to enjoy these for a long time. Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience! Worst customer service ever and the roses were wilted and smelled like cheap $2 perfume.
Avoid this company.

We appreciate your feedback, as it gives us an idea of where we can improve moving forward. Sorry to hear you were not happy with your flower arrangement, and we sincerely regret any negative feelings you may have experienced as it's never our intention to make anyone feel this way.

After receiving an arrangement and keeping it for a week you told us that you want to exchange it to another rose color, and you did not mention if there was anything wrong with it. Once you understood the arrangement flower color can not be changed you decided to leave a negative review with the purpose of hurting our company's reputation with the false statement. All our arrangements have beautiful rose-scented fragrance made in France.

Please know that every flower arrangement is custom created from real preserved roses imported from Ecuador - not pencils that can be exchanged for a different color and resold. Also, some effort are put into preparing an arrangement, and when you ask to change it to a different flower color - the roses can not be reused. That's why there's a return policy published on our website.

Confused reviews leading to poor star rating.

I have already emailed this company as have many others. It appears this company is getting confused with another company - fleur deluxe in the UK. Unfortunately the company have struggled to get trust pilot to remove the reviews that very obviously are meant for an English company. I accidently gave a bad review myself, but realised my mistake deleted it and emailed the company to let them know there was an issue. It is a shame trust pilot do not seem to be able to do something about it so therefore I am giving the company 5 stars to try and ensure their star rating is not affected until this is resolved. The products on their page appear fantastic and they responded promptly with thanks when I emailed them to inform them.

Recently i ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day

Recently i ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day. Due to a computer glitch they were not delivered. I think everyone went online this year for obvious reasons.
I give five stars though as their response to the problem was excellent. they responded to my email. I spoke to them and was offered either an immediate refund or for the flowers to be delivered the next day with a complimentary gift and an apology card to my mother. Good enough, after opting for the latter, they showed up at my mothers the next day. The flowers were beautiful and in a very generous quantity. So mum was very happy.
I know that that the weekend proved difficult for so many companies with everyone suddenly going online. I am not sure many would have dealt with it so swiftly and decisively. A measure of a company is not just when all goes well , it is also on those rare occasions when it doesn’t.
And that is why I give ‘ Fleur de Luxe ‘ five stars. I was treated well . They sorted it as fast as possible with extras. And I will definitely be using them again soon as I trust them . And the flowers were really beautiful .

Bought flowers for my granddaughter for…

Bought flowers for my granddaughter for her 7th birthday as it’s lockdown so wanted to give her an extra treat, I didn’t want to pay too much and other florists can be really expensive. I spoke online the day of delivery to someone and asked if they would definitely be delivered on the day, they gave me an hour slot when they’d be delivered, when they came my son was out so the left them in the porch, they were in a big box then wrapped in lovely paper and then in a small pink box and the flowers were beautiful, definitely use them again.

Flowers rectified quickly - they were beautiful.
I ordered some flowers for my Grandma's birthday. They arrived a couple of days earlier than planned and they were pretty but some of the roses were dropped and the leaves were crispy. I emailed the company and sent a photo. They immediately said they would send a new bouquet out to her. They arrived within the next day or two. They were so much better and she loves them.
Really happy with the service, it would have been nice for it to have been right the first time, but they solved the complaint quickly and I would order again.

Top quality product and service

I left it very late to order flowers for my Auntie - other companies had no dates available pre-Christmas but you were able to get flowers to her within 2 days. She is absolutely delighted with her beautiful Christmas bouquet so thank you for your fantastic service and for your flowers that are giving someone so much pleasure.

I bought pink roses from La fleur de luxe for my Mother's birthday, with the intention that she will be able to enjoy seeing fresh flowers all year round. I am very pleased with the service- easy to navigate through the website and got my special request fulfilled. My Mother was thrilled to receive such beautiful flowers!
