It’s great to purchase from a brand using clean ingredients. In our house we try to avoid “natural flavors” and stick with just real food and there are only a few brands that we can find- Laird, Siggis, and Siete are our favorites.

I am not happy that I am given no warning that an order will be packed and shipped regularly. NO excuse for this since you sent out dozens of promotions. Since I have no record of what is on that order and the only way to change it is a ridiculous code confirmation to log in, which fails each time, for one reason or another, since the time I get the code is already past the time required, so round and round, and then I get locked out. Can someone please answer if I am the only one who has faced this? I will be happy for some help here, but for now, I cannot receive that order when it comes, and I want a refund

Laird started out strong and seems to be declining as of lately.

I get emails with promotional advertising a certain % off and then clicking on the link, the % is less than the email offers.

I also recently received an email saying that since I have not responded to their emails in some time, they were going to drop me from the email list.

What kind of company would threaten a 3 year existing customer like that??

After waiting to try this, I was super excited to try it. I came across it in a health food store in Oklahoma. I brought the matcha latte and the sweet and creamy creamer. I haven't had the match yet, but the coffee isn't what I expected. It tastes like coffee and coconut. I will buy and add another creamer to see if it makes a difference, but I doubt I will not purchase it again. I really wasn't impressed with the taste. I will say that it dissolves very easily with the adaptogens in it. I will finish the products brought. It was worth the try.

WOW. Just wow. Between amazing customer service (replacing an order that didn't show up) and the unreal taste and freshness of their products (I tried 4 and ALL of them knocked it out of the park!), I can't give Laird Superfood a better review. The pumpkin spice creamer made my entire kitchen smell like cinnamon. So fresh and clean tasting. The creamer with mushrooms makes me feel like a million bucks when I use it. I love this brand AND what it's owners stand for.

Well well, I see I'm not the only one with an issue with customer service. I have called and left 3 voice-mails and emailed 3 times with zero response. I am escalating my issue to the BBB and posting on any site that Lairds is listed on, including the sponsor you tuber that they use. I am highly disappointed in what has happened - I feel scammed and will let everyone know. Give me back my money you theives!

I bought Laird Superfood Creamer thinking that with the word "creamer" on the package it might be a suitable replacement for Dairy cream.
Nope..not even close.

I have used Laird products before, they are always top quality. I placed an order for Christmas and I accidentally put down the wrong address. Customer service was wonderful and shipped a new order out.
Quick and great customer service, good selection, and quality products.

if you decide to tangle with Laird be warned: If you create subscriptions with them you will be indebted for a lifetime.. and you can't change anything about it. The date.. the frequency.. or cancel them. NOR CAN YOU cancel your account, delete your credit card info or anything else without first getting permission. I let them know today that I needed to get my subscription every 6 weeks and that I needed to order today.. I was COMPLETELY ignored ... then I wrote back later in the day to let them know I was all done and they wrote back RIGHT AWAY. I guess they weren't as busy as it seemed.

Horrible customer service. Terrible deceptive business practices. Ive never seen anywhere where you can't DELETE your own credit card information and or subscriptions that were created WAY in advance without your consent. And if you have to email them to get them to STOP and they dont get back to you.. I guess they're just going to charge you anyway.

You've been warned.

Since we live in Sisters, Oregon where the product is distributed, we thought we'd give it a try. Shocked at the price tag of $24.00 we went ahead and bought a bag (can't recycle the bag that would not stay closed!) . We both thought it was awful and ended up dumping the contents into our compose pile and tossing the bag. Environmentally unfriendly company that seems bent on wasteful practices.

Had an allergic reaction to their product, turns out they don't list the whole ingredient list. Customer service told me they have "processing aids" they don't list and that is what I must be allergic too.

Placed an order and it never shipped, tried emailing and no response, also tried to call the customer support number and it initially was able to get to the main menu but was disconnected while waiting for a CSR to answer. Redialed and now the number cant be reached.

LAIRD Superfood is wanted all the way in Moldova, Europe.

I see and feel a difference. Suffered a traumatic brain injury 11 years ago. The Performance Mushroom mix seems to be helping me better in all ways. ps. I drink my coffee black.

I stopped drinking regular coffee because it upset my stomach and gave me the jitters. I gave the products a try because they were highly recommended by Bobby Parrish-FlavCity-You Tube. I am soooo glad I did. NO JITTERS AND NO UPSET TUMMY. I use the Unsweetened Instafuel with either the Chocolate Mint Creamer or the Tumeric and love them both. I now have a quart bottle in the frig already made up for cold or hot coffee. Will reorder and try some additional items. These coffee products have been a game changer for me. Delicious and healthy with NO WHITE CANE SUGAR!!! That's a HUGE PLUS!!!!!! 👍🤗
