if I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order on 6/22/24. the website says it may take 15-19 business days, which is fine. By July 25th I had not received my order so I attempted to reach the company by phone. All of my calls have gone to voicemail with ZERO calls back to address the issue. I emailed them in July, again no response. I emailed them on August 10th, August 13th, and September 4th, no responses have been made to my attempts. I have had to reach out to my credit card company to issue a refund. Beware of this scam company!

Ok I placed an order with this company for Tadalafil 10mg (20 tablets) and 20mg (20 tablets) $110. They sent it in sample boxes 4 boxes of each and 4 pills in each that's 16 pills of ea.. Horrible customer service. Never answer the phone. I emailed at least 6 times and got 1 answer. They told me to recount the pills! So crazy. So they cheated me out of 8 pill after they took $110 from me.

I was missing a item in one of my order. And the otherI was missing a whole order that was delivered to OKC I am in Florida??? I contacted the company and no reply several times no response... I have ordered like 5 times and others all good but I have had issues with company communication and o help with issues was ignored pretty much.
As for trust seems okay but they don't fix issues with shipping or missing items.

So glad I got my order delivered. However! After I placed my order and made payment, I got an email that the payment didn't go through and that I should reorder and pay again. I didn't do that and the charge was on my bank statement. Tried to call the phone number but no one answered. No one followed up. Then I got the package in the mail! So I'm a happy customer. Just don't fall for the reorder thing.

I have no complaints despite a misunderstanding in shipping one of my products. They were very friendly, took care of the problem quickly. spoke great English, and very prompt with emails. I have no problems with this Company or its products. Thank you Lalarx.

OK at first I thought this place might be a scam, but it turned out to be great!

Ordering was pretty easy, payment was secure with CC, and invoice was emailed immediately (NO PRESCRIPTION IS REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER).

My order was shipped and the tracking information was emailed within 1 week of placing the order. (Shipping to USA via USPS from India).
The shipping took longer than expected, but that was due to the USPS and not due to LalaRx.

I had a couple questions before and after ordering and used the chat function on their website to ask them.
They were answered immediately by a Live Person, who was very patient and extremely helpful.

All my medications arrived exactly as ordered and fresh (none expired).
No signature was required and it was delivered directly to my mailbox (Los Angeles, California, USA).

I know it sounds sketchy at first, but I am going to 100% order from them again.
The prices are unbeatable if you don’t have insurance, and probably even if you do (NO PRESCRIPTION IS REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER).
I highly recommend giving this place a shot.

I was unsure if my order was ion its way, so I got in touch with Lala rx. They assured me my package was on the way. I just had some confusion on the tracking number. They gave me excellent customer service, and put my mind at ease. I will be ordering from them again.

I ordered on Thursday Feb 22nd.
Wrote on Sunday Feb 25th asking why it hadn't shipped yet.
"It is the weekend. And Your package is in transit to New Delhi once it reaches New Delhi the tracking number will be assigned and sent to you automatically to your email. Then you can track it on the Usps website. You should be able to receive the tracking number in one to two days...

but rest assured your item is in transit."

Checked back on Feb 27th & still showing "In Process" so I sent them another email.

Then rather than respond I got an email...
Your Lalarx order #xxxxx has been refunded

No follow up email? No apologies?
NO EXPLANATIONS!

I'm also still waiting for my credit to appear in my account, although it usually takes 3 days.

Later they tried some sketchy moves.
I'll never use them again.

First off. I left a review at LALARX website 2 times. Both times they never showed up on their site. They do not allow negative reviews, only positive, so do not trust their reviews. No to my review. I was very happy with the majority of their products. The prices were good and shipping from India to the US was good at 24 calendar days or within their stated 18 business days. All products were good on expiration dates with the exception of one. All had been manufactured in 2023 and had expiration dates 2, 3, or 4 years out, except the Azee. The Azee was manufactured in 2022 and had an expiration date of Jun 2024. Only 6 months out. Considering I needed these medication to go in an emergency kit and not for immediate use, this was unacceptable. They say they guarantee their product, I tried to contact them. They responded saying they would get with me within 12 hours. 8 days later, nothing. I tried again to contact them via email and phone. Left message on phone and again, nothing. I left three stars due to price, shipping, and availability of product. I deducted 2 stars due to one product being nearly out of date, misleading guarantee/return policy and non-existent customer service. I rolled the dice based on their website reviews being near perfect, but now I know they control the reviews being posted. I will probably not purchase from them again. It is up to you to now roll the dice.
