Flooring was delivered and the quality…
Flooring was delivered and the quality was really poor. As we got the first pieces out of the box, the edges started to chip - which means it won’t last 2 minutes on the floor. I requested a return and the charges and re stock charges were as much as the floor. Avoid at all costs.

We couldn’t be happier with the service…
We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The online chat team were incredibly helpful and made sure we ordered the correct amount of flooring. We then realised at the last minute that we’d forgotten to order the underlay, but they added it to our order without any fuss.
Unfortunately, we then had a sudden bereavement and needed to rearrange our delivery at very short notice. The team were understanding, compassionate and rescheduled everything with no problems and no additional charges, which we really appreciated during such a difficult time.
Our order arrived yesterday as promised. The delivery driver was polite, courteous and happy to answer the questions we had.
From start to finish, the customer service has been outstanding. A genuine 10/10 experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent customer care.

After a phone call with Zain I was happy to go ahead with my order. Zain was very helpful & informative in regards to the colour laminate I had chosen. Also the delivery was done by Zaf & he helped me get 17 packets of laminates into my property

I had a very good experience with Laminate Depot. I placed my order in the morning, and by the afternoon it was already ready for collection – very fast and efficient. The prices are great, and the quality of the SPC flooring exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the way the transaction was carried out, with frequent updates on when and at what time my delivery would come.
Driver was friendly polite and very helpful, the Laminate is ofva very good quality alongside the edging straps and underlay.
