If you are thinking about it…. Just BUY it!! The team and customer service is AMAZING! From when I placed my order I got updates right away. Both of my rings came out BEAUTIFUL! My rings are absolutely stunning and perfect! The design team are very knowledgeable and informative. They kept in contact with my now fiancée and shipped my first ring with assurance to get to him directly. And again with my band, which he was guided by the team to match absolutely perfect with my engagement ring! Would so order again for another piece or more! Easier and cheaper than going toma jewelry store…
L'Amour made it easy to create the perfect ring. I was impressed with the communication throught out the process. They would check in with me and make sure I was OK with how the ring was looking. The delivery was fast for a custom ring. We were impressed on how it looked. The ring looked just like the pictures and video. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The entire process was excellent! I was nervous at first with ordering a ring set that is hand designed and crafted, but the experience was great. They kept me informed every step of the way, from the design point, sending me the 3D images of the ring set, and even videos and pictures of the packing stage. I would say it was over-communication at some times (which is outstanding). The rings were gorgeous, and my wife is in love with the set.
