From meeting Catherine at the showroom to final installation, the whole experience was superb. She talked us through all the options in great detail and was so knowledgeable and helpful. Probably some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From ordering to answering all the questions I had relating to the greenhouse groundwork’s, to ordering extra accessories post purchase of the greenhouse.. The Greenhouse Shop have been exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. Huge thanks to Caroline for all her help, guidance and encouragement.
I was given plenty of information and advice when I visited the showroom. Was not pressured to buy on the day.
I went home re measured my space and then telephoned to make my purchase.
Catherine recommended Paul to install. He telephoned and explained he would collect the greenhouse when ready and contact me again to arrange a date for installation.
I am very happy with the service and am enjoying my greenhouse.

The process from beginning to end was everything you could hope for from a supplier, considering it was all accomplished from beginning to end online.
The installers were amazing and made sure they kept me informed as to what they were doing, during the four and a half hours it took them to build it.
It has now started to fill up and I'm really looking forward to the new growing season & for many years to come.

We contacted this company for advice about buying a greenhouse a couple of years ago. Lyndon was really helpful and patient answering all my questions. We ordered a greenhouse and contacted Lyndon again to book him to install it. Catherine kept in regular contact and was always really helpful and supportive.
