Thank you for sharing your experience — even if it's a difficult one to read, honest feedback like this genuinely matters to us.

I completely understand the frustration. When you cancel a subscription, the natural expectation is that all charges stop immediately — and discovering unexpected invoices afterward is understandably upsetting. I'm sorry this happened.

To be transparent: canceling a subscription sets the end of the next payment, but the account itself remains active until that expiration date. Since your account was active for the majority of May, the additional domain fees applied as usual during that period — this is standard practice across subscription-based services, where you retain full access until the account actually expires. That said, I recognize this distinction wasn't communicated clearly enough at the moment of cancellation, and that's valuable feedback for us.

Cześć Piotr,

jeżeli podzielisz się ze mną lub z naszym supportem linkiem strony zobaczymy, co można zrobić z polami po bokach strony, gdyż zdecydowanie nie musi to być białe / puste pole. Jest pewien obszar roboczy, na którym muszą być elementy aktywne, ale marginesy można zapełniać grafikami, jest to kwestia ustawień obrazka bądź tła sekcji. Warto też sprawdzić, czy załączony jest widok desktopowy, gdyż możliwa jest opcja utworzenia wyłącznie widoku mobilnego - wyświetlanie takiego landing page'a rzeczywiście może powodować wrażenie komiczności. W tym wypadku na komputerze wyświetlana jest strona o szerokości takiej, jak dla widoku mobilnego i tu rzeczywiście zostanie bardzo dużo wolnego miejsca. Przy czym opcje włącz i wyłącz widok w edytorze są ustawione na jedno kliknięcie i można czasami przypadkiem któryś widok wyłączyć.

Jeżeli chodzi o konkurencję to zawsze zależy, kto czego szuka - w naszym wypadku stawiamy przede wszystkim na to, żeby wyróżniać się designem, zarówno samej platformy (tu w połączeniu z tzw. user experience), jak i wszystkich oferowanych przez nas szablonów i w porównaniu z naszymi głównymi konkurentami to się nam udaje. Co do funkcjonalności - duża część między wszystkimi narzędziami do budowy landing page'y siłą rzeczy musi się powtarzać, ale są też takie, które się różnicują. Tu zależy, czy szukasz i masz na myśli konkretne i trudniej się do tego odnieść nie wierząc, jakiego konkretnie konkurenta masz na myśli. Chętnie bym się tego dowiedziała, byłabym w stanie wskazać dokładniej, czym się różni (i to podchodząc do tego w sposób prezentujący zarówno wady, jak i zalety obu rozwiązań).

Niezależnie od tego, czy dasz nam jeszcze szansę i skontakujesz się z nami na support@landingi.com bądź przez czata z platformy, czy zostajesz z konkurencją chciałabym podziękować za opinię i życzyć wszystkiego najlepszego i wysokich konwersji z Twoich landing page'y.

I’m not sure if you tried to replace the existing landing page with the new one, or maybe you would like to start an A/B test?

In the first case, you can either use a path for your domain, and then you can use the same domain for many landing pages. In the second case, you should go to the dashboard of your landing page and look for start a test button. You can create a variant from there, both variants will have the same exact URL, and all the traffic will be directed randomly between them. It would also be great if you would share with us which features you have been missing within our platform.
